I think it’s more dangerous when manufacturers don’t put service fittings on r290 / r600 systems. One of the bigger commercial brands over here put a suction and liquid line access port, so if you’re unsure whether it’s SOG or a restriction you can atleast blow through the capillary. The problem with sweating in a suction port is that if your capillary is blocked you still have a system full of 290. I’ve done the same as you did here though also 😄👍🏻 good video mate
@@IceMachine411 I tracked down the manual online and it would seem to be time based after evap reaches 32F. I presume this as the adjustment on the "digital" thickness adjustment equals "+/-90 seconds to freeze cycle". I'm not sure if I trust that method.
Small things like that make all the difference in the world. We don’t by products we can’t get parts and support for. It’s a solid machine though and affordable.
We do have tech support, we do avantco, CPG, Narvon, vacpack-it, mainstreet etc pretty much all webstaurantstore products. You will call readykitchenwarranty for tech support, warranty or parts ID
Great Videos!!!!

I agree. There should be ports. Specifically designed ports for r290.
Definitely should be ports on these. They just need to design ports that work well with r290.
Thanks for sharing. Tony from Houston

You’re welcome!
Great job on this one
Thanks bro!
How does this Avantco determine when to harvest?
I think it’s the water float. When there’s no more water in the trough it gos into harvest.

@@IceMachine411you’re right man I just have to adjust ! Part of the trade
For real. Me too. Most machines will be 290 before too long.
Compelling!
