Ingredients:
750 g chicken
1/2 tbsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tbsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1 tbsp heaped ginger paste
1 tbsp heaped garlic paste
3/4 cup yogurt
1 fried onion
coriander leaves
1 mint leaves
1/3 cup oil1 tbsp lemon juice
biryani masala:-
12-15 pepper corn
4-5 cloves
1/8 nutmeg
1 black cardamom
4-5 green cardamom
1 mace
1 inch cinnamon
1/2 tsp caraway seeds
for rice:-
3 cup rice ( 500 g )
2-3 tbsp oil
3 green cardamom
1 inch cinnamon stick
3-4 cloves
1/2 tsp caraway seeds
2 bay leaves
2 tbsp oil
coriander leaves
mint leaves
1 fried onion
food color
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup oil or desi ghee
