That's quite a nice lawnmower. Seems to be more versatile than my 1.0, 80 PS, naturally aspirated Fiesta. I think it really benefits from a 6-speed manual transmission (mine has 5), for a more relaxed driving on highway. I have to rev mine up to about 4000 rpm for cruising at the highway speed limit of 130 km/h, which is a bit noisy and gets tiresome on long trips. All in all, it's a nice, affordable and budget oriented, urban vehicle. Mine is from 2013 and still going strong. Made in Köln, Germany.
Wir hatten vor rund 8 Jahren ein Chevrolet Spark mit 82 PS. Das schnellste Berg ab waren laut Navi 205km/h ... im Schnitt ist er statt 164 Werksangabe 180 gefahren...
@@rekcufrehtoM-olleH I did slightly more with a MK6 Fiesta. Roughly 190, also downhill. Felt no issues, super stable. Granted it won't win races against modern cars, but still perfect for a city car. BTW, the older generations had a shorter gearbox.
@@SuperchargedMagazine i don't really get why you would give full throttle consumption, no one drives full trottle all the time. average would be around 60mpg for that car.
@@andersnielsen6044 Renault Twingo 1.2 16v 4-cylinder. Drove flat-out for two hours straight in 5th gear (around 4200tpm at 165kmh) and consumed around 6,5-7l/100km. I know it sounds weird but the Twingo engine doesn't really reach a peak efficiency (almost impossible to reach 5l/100km) but it always consumes less than 10l/100km (flat-out 2nd gear for example).
@@andersnielsen6044 Why? I drove that tank of gasoline fuel on the german highway flatout all the time except where there were "Baustelle". This was the result I got at the fuel station after topping it off before departure and filling it up again before the Dutch border. I also keep track of it through OBD 2 plug. How about you test it for yourself. Also a VW UP! and Polo 1.0 MPI achieve comparable results to the Twingo, maybe even better.
Honestly for normal driving you don't need car faster than 140km/h
For other usage u buying proper car that's it

Seems to be the perfect car for everything: 80% city with 20% on the highways...
Exactly
But then you remember its a Ford.
Sad really.
@@MrWorld-hc5rs and? My 2003 fiesta is with me 18 years. Still an amazing car, only problem was a coil pack.
@@MrWorld-hc5rs lol I don't know why you say that, I retired my 2008 Fiesta with 250,000km and 13 years... With very few problems.

There's also a version of 1.1-liter Fiesta with 70hp.
Könnten Sie auch einen Renault Clio III 1.4 16v (oder 1.6 16v) fahren? Danke im Voraus! :)
Klar. Versuche ich zu organisieren
@@SuperchargedMagazine Schön! Vielen Dank! :)
Actually is seems both faster and more stable/silent than a VW Up! with 60 ps. And it is even cheaper.. :)
Is this Ti-VCT or ford used standart 1.1 engine on this fiesta and it is?
Ford Fiesta...😎👍
I would love to see a twingo rs tested :)
We'll try
Is this car engine powerful at ramp?
Es gibt aber kein reihenvierzylinder fiesta mk8. verschrieben?
Ja, war ein Fehler. Ist korrigiert. Danke
Nice for 1.1 3 cilinders
11,5l??? You nwan on the top speed run... Not average???!
Yes, I think it must be at the speeds shown in the video. Mine, 1.1 85HP as well, is doing under 6l/100 at 120km/h, max legal speed here.
i did 180 with older model 82ps
I did it too but it wasn't a nice feeling ;D #downhill

Ein 60 PS Fabia/Polo geht in etwa genauso, hab ein klein bisschen mehr erwartet

But a Polo is 6.000 euro more expensive.. It is not even comparable..
Mein Mk7 82ps (2009) hat 182 geschaft

20.5 mpg? You sure?
Yup. Keep in mind that those are full throttle consumptions. You most likely won't reach them in the States with those relatively low speed limits.

11,5 Liter .. Ja super sparsamer 3-Zyl
Please mention other cars that does it better, driving flatout ?
