I really really wanted this to be a joke. Charlie creates such a perfect balance to this trio and has the best energy, sharp humor, and pure heart. Love you Charlie, we wish you all the absolute best and hope you bring your meat back to us when you can.
I honestly don't know what the podcast can even do now. Is someone gonna replace Charlie, or is it gonna be a 2-man show? I hope we get a new third member, because I don't know how just Ted and Schlatt could make a good podcast.

I was honestly thinking about this earlier today, how Charlie does 2 DnD campaigns, chuckle sandwich, slime story, uploads consistently on his 2nd channel, streams, and occasionally does massive projects on his main channel? Yeah Charlie needs to calm down. I know the feeling of consistently having more work than is possible for you to do, so all support from me, Charles!

Despite Charlie leaving the podcast, this is one of their most comfortable episodes to date. It feels like about a quarter of the way through, they forgot they were on a podcast and started talking like old friends and I love it.

I have not chuckled for 2 months and 9 days, and I fear I may never again. They say if you go 3 days without water, you'll die of dehydration, if you go 3 weeks without food, you'll starve, but what they never tell you, it that if you go 3 months without chuckling, you die.
When I first watched that fateful episode, when my eyes were still blue with life and my soul was still young, I was distraught. How could our wonderful chuckle sandwich survive without the meat? How could life veganize our wonderful sandwich of laughter???
Thankfully Schlatt and Ted's reassurance soothed me, I don't know what I would have done otherwise.
But their reassurance was built on nothing but bluffs, falsehoods, and lies. They said they'd simply take a break, but it has been MONTHS and there's no even a sign of chuckles in the near future. Schlatt and Ted Nivison are frauds and stains on the modern world. They are nothing but Lying, Deceitful, MANICS who are to blame for my crushed soul. To be so HARTLESS as to deprive not just a man, but a GENERATION of chucklers from their needs is simply cruel and I hope they both burn in the lake of suffering and damnation for eternity.
And WILBUR don't think I've forgotten about your DESPICABLE actions. You're lack of care for the chuckling sandwich is OBSCEN to but off an opertunity of a lifetime and be on THE Chuckle sandwich is simply a decision I cannot comprehend. I used to trust you, look up to you! oh my god i just had an epiphany! ted has adhd, the fact he never hears the little jokes is probably auditory processing disorder (which people with adhd very commonly have), which makes you process audio a little fucky sometimes. i’ve got it.

This is a great podcast to listen to while crying (as a snail) and encompassing yourself in a sort of mucus cocoon, becoming very similar to a fossil and staying there for 2-3 years and coming back out to start living once more

Nah but seriously, I've watched since episode 1 and commented the funny "This is the best podcast to [...] to" since Charlie was eating random vegetables whole with no rhyme or reason. He's given me many good chuckles and this podcast basically introduced me to him and his great content. His slimey goop will never leave my heart (mostly because of its extreme viscosity).

@@cadenollar2408 Yeah, same here. I started watching this because my friend said i'd like it since i watched some of schlatts stuff in my recommended and I've adored it. I started watching this in January 2021 and now it's June 2022. From barely watching schlatt and not hearing of slime or ted, this podcast has introduced me to three great content creators and I'm glad that I've found them. It's been a journey for the podcast, I feel like it's gotten really refined and the flow in conversation and jokes is a lot better than the first 10 episodes. This podcast has been amazing, and I'm glad I've had it all throughout the past year and a half while entering college and leaving highschool. From my understanding it's gonna keep going, but I'm hoping it's still gonna be as great as ever. Maybe we'll have more guest episodes to fill the gap that Charles' leaves? In any case I hope you're having a great day fellow chucklers, take care of yourselves. :] ❤️

Well this is actually.... like REALLY sad news. The best thing about the podcast is how Charlie, Schlatt and Ted complement each other. I still really appreciate Charlie's choice and will be waiting for his new projects. This podcast means so much to me, as does every member of the sandwich :)

My interpretation of this is that Charlie is no longer bound by the deadlines of *needing* to make the podcast, and hopefully he will come back occasionally when he wants to. Love you Charlie!!

I discovered charlie through this podcast and he's now one of my favorite creators, we'll miss you and your hilarious one-liners that always go over everyone else's heads... RIP, forever in our hearts. The chuckle sandwich will forever be a little less meaty.
I misread that as "one of my favorite characters"
For me it's basically the opposite, I knew of schlatt before this podcast but only recently discovered Ted, and this podcast put together my favourite creator, charlie, with two people that I've now found and added to the top 3.
Truly sad to see Charlie go: the podcast will not be the same without his positive energy ! I’ve been a fan of JRWI for awhile and he is truly in his element there!!
