@@labgolf why can’t you change out the alignment section of the putter? I understand that you’d have to remove the shaft but does that destroy the installed shaft?
@@labgolfjust got my 1st LAB golf putter on Sunday. Went with the Mezz 1 Max. Spent an hour on the green last night and while I saw some improvement already I do need some tips I was having an issue with getting a good roll on my longer putts. I’m thinking this is due to ball position. What is the proper ball placement? Overall i seemed to have more success just letting the club work freely and do its thing. What tips can you provide, particularly on setup? I couldn’t find a good video on this except for the DF putter. Thanks!
We don't think you can really get the ball too far forward. Here's a pretty good one for you to watch: th-cam.com/video/c35bNHigf6c/w-d-xo.htmlsi=yySufs7sxkNBUzoL The Thumbs-Off Drill and One-Handed Putting should really, really help. Check those videos out on our TH-cam channel.
Hello I have been trying to contact customer support for a few days and no one has gotten back to me. I have a Mezz 1 Max armlock putter with a broken shaft and need to have it replaced. Can someone please contact me so I can find out what my options are. I have left phone messages and emailed my number to customer service. Please let me know what is next step Sincerely Jeff J
Sorry to hear that. We are currently offering free shipping on all orders over $500, so you can get one shipped directly to you. Just remember to do a Remote Fitting!
Got a Mezz.1 max a few months ago and Absolutely love it! When is there going to be some footage of the Link.1 First Run in action here on TH-cam?
Coming soon!

@@MenInStone You'd have to get with info@labgolf.com for the specifics. But yes... it's problematic for a number of reasons.
Just like the videos on how to putt with the DF, it would be interesting to have more videos on putting using the Mezz.1.
More to come! But you can certainly take all of the tips from the DF 2.1 videos and apply them to the MEZZ.1.
