Im about to replace the leaking tee o ring on my Blade. You have done an excellent job of explaining and filming the process. Thank you for taking the time to make this video.

Daryl, MY first step is to put that baby up on the trailer and take it to Ray C. I didn’t know bikes had multiple carburetors. Thanks for showing how to do this.

I have a leak appeared this week.very difficult to see where it originates and just running down and dripping off bottom of carb 3 and 4. I had stripped carb 3 thinking seals had dried up but they don't seem that bad I was gonna check the rest and then I noticed the T piece and seen the 2 long bolts and realised the carbs seperate. 1 quick YT search and found this vid. Perfect I'm sure this will be where my fuel is leaking. Won't know untill I try but not gonna bother checking the rest of the cards untill I've checked this. Thanks for posting.
*WARNING* Id like to add. Be careful when handling the carrburettor rack as a whole. I was turning mine over to loosen the 2nd long bolt and as I held the opposite ends I heard a snap. With very little pressure the plastic nozzle that attaches a very short narrow rubber hose to another metal nozzle had snapped! The plastic is so old it's so brittle. I don't know what it's for. There's 1 on the same side of all the carrburettors so the rest are protected between each carb. But the last 1 is on the outside. I was gutted. I don't even know where or what to search as there's no part number. I might have managed to fix it with gorilla glue. Will see how it sets when dry. I slotted a metal pin the same diameter as the hole in the nozzle right through to the housing so it won't block with gorilla glue. And been spinning it every 15 mins or so the past hour so it doesn't get stuck in there untill the glue sets a bit. Seems to be working. Will need to attach it VERY carefully and hope it doesn't snap again. 🤞🏻

There are 2 sizes. 1 for fuel inlet tees another for the smaller tubes. If you only separate them you may not need to re synch. We didnt and it runs great.

It seems to be a common issue. We have started using Rec fuel in all of our bikes & small engines.

Hi, thx for the vids, i thaught it will be more complicated. I actually have a bad synchronization but it runs pretty well. Do you think it will need a new synchro, like it's not really good but it runs well right now. Does it will start after the change of all the O-rings ?
