Starting in Wildboarclough, passing through the small villages of Flash, Longnor & Crowdecote.
With some testing climbs.
Part 2 is the route to Tideswell & the Cathedral of the Peak, passing through Bakewell, Ashford in the Water & Monsal Head.
Part 3 is the journey home. Millers Dale, Harpur Hill (Buxton) & the climb up to the Cat & Fiddle Inn.

Thank you for this. Great to cycle along British roads for a change; as good as the German and Italian cycle training videos are, I can relate to this scenery more.
