I used to have this song on 45! I couldn't find it for decades nor could I find anyone who knew what I was talking about! I even began to question whether or not I had the right band name. One day, I finally found it and I was so excited that I got a little emotional; I cried. Never give up...
this is great, been a long time since i heard that song it goes way back to the roots thx great voice sad that only two albums got released, blvd was a great influence alongside zappacosta tim feehan, and paul janz greetz from the netherlands
Davey. Andrew (keyboards) here. Been doing the corporate thing all over the world for the last bunch of years. Can't believe this is on here. Someone just sent it to me. You still singing? I think I'll get me an 80's wig and go relive the BOSTON tour. HELLO SEATTLE!!!!
your my hero for posting this Ive been trying to figure out what this song is for - no kidding - 20 years. You have answered this endearing question for me. You rock, sir.
I haven't seen this video since they were featured on 'New Music'. To find a copy of this album/cd was tough. Got CD. Most people don't even remember this group. Probably 'cause they changed their name to Blvd. Thanks for posting little known but great Canadian music!
Dave, Jeffc (chip) here. Never did figure out how I got that nickname. How have you been? Me, still in sales at GE Security. I keep waiting for Steve & Ruth. to set up that reunion for our pre-BLVD group.
MuchMusic did a Spotlight on these guys and while I sadly didn't tape it, I do remember one of the interview segments and one of the guys saying that they had been repeatedly assured that the building had never been shot in before. They wanted a fresh location. They later found out that Grapes of Wrath had done a video in there two weeks before them. Whoops. LOL If MuchMoreMusic airs old Spotlights, people might want to keep an eye out for BLVD's...
