Hey hey, mopboyz.. I have the exact same roller “foggy replica” in Berlin. The stage 6 street race 70cc kit with a 21 dellorto PHBG. I’ve just rebuilt mine from crack up. It’s running sweet. Still in break in kms but soon it’s going to get WOT.. The torque from the stage 6 is impressive IMO. Good luck with whatever you choose. Take it easy bro
You could even hear the RPM drop and then well you know what happened after that unfortunately kind of excited to see what you going to do with it andweknow Triple-S has the parts thanks guys I enjoyed this video as always and I am waving my hand from Florida✌️
I have the liquid cooled stage 6 mkII race on my f12 and love it. MHR replica is nice for a dual ring set up. If you're going full build.. mkII race, stage 6 crank, malossi over range, 21mm carb, yasuni c16
Stock airbox brotha, all day long. I had the same exact issue on my Roughhouse, the minnirelli motors do not like pod filters. I switched to a Naraku 17.5 on my kitted RH, ripped on the stand, then with a load, absolute death, no power, bogged straight down....long story short after trying every jet combination, different filters, and 3 different carbs, one day I said screw it lemme try the factory box.....boom instantly fixed. It's getting way too much air leaning it out
@@greatestevar it depends, every engine is different.on my f12 i need like 7g with non-factory exhaust and around 9.5g with fabric exhaust without cat.while others with same build needs 2 to 3 grams lighter rollers
Can't believe that there is this scooter in the US, i had the same few years ago here in France but in Liquid Cooled, would love to get it again & tune it !
Making progress on a 1990 Honda SB50 Elite E I picked up cheap. May engine swap, not sure yet. Once it's together, I'll either flip it, keep it stock or swap it. Haven't decided yet.
Im running the pm tuning cylinder kit with pm tuning clutch and bell and crank, motorforce variator, she flys, 70+ mph and you can still get the air cooled kits my watercooled one is no longer avaliable, makes 13hp @10k rpm and running pm tuning 360 pipe
If you want to ejoy it with zero issues, id go Malossi sport kit, Yasuni R, Delorto 17.5 with the stock airbox. Done. Will be consistent AF and run all day under temps and she will move.
First i would do is converting it to liquid cooled way more cylinders to choose from! I would go for a Stage 6 Racing mk2 if you want to keep more in the out of the box lane, if you want to port the block and cylinder up i would go for the 70cc top performance racing (Wich comes with a 2 piece head out of the box instead) wich i personally preffer more, not only because of the two piece head, but those thing are quick! but are a lot more rev happy then the stage 6, i did run a ported up top performance racing for a while with an yasuni c21 in combination with a real keihin pwk 28mm carb that thing was crazy..
Same thing happened to me and then it jammed up I would always run out of power when it got hot after I put a new 70 top end on your crankshaft is probably going bad or a bearing in the crankshaft it will one day get louder and louder with a tapping noise until it poops on you
time for a vise you could have stuck that big nut in the vise and twisted and then done the same to install, Thanks for the support TREV DOGGGY. That poor MALA-GUCCI
Full race builds are boring, as it's done to death at this point. I'd like to see an Athena Sport 70cc, with a 17.5 carb, a LeoVince ZX-R, and some proper contra/clutch springs/roller/belt -tuning. A balanced crank and fresh bearings wouldn't hurt either... Ditch the foam 'open' filter and go with a slightly modified airbox. Build something that'll last. -And the Yasuni systems sound like a bag of nails...hence the LeoVince. =)
Minarelli Horizontal? After market 70cc Kit? If it is Malossi, I put a 70cc Cast Iron Malossi Cylinder and Head onto my Scarabeo and had the exact same issue.
Trust me it’s not the carburetor or the top and I have a brand new polini 70 head on my Zuma And it pooped on me after it made a very loud tapping noise which now that I have looked it up sounded just like the crankshaft failing I can hear it a little bit when you start the bike especially when it doesn’t want to run out first mine did the same thing and then it would warm up be fine but then once it really warmed up we’ll lose power or sounded or felt like the top and was jamming up but in reality the bottom and couldn’t push the top end Just make sure to look at the top and very good before you end up just getting rid of it or something because I have a feeling it’s the crankshaft what happened to me
You should get the (stage6 sport pro mkll 70ccm) or the (stage6 streetrace 70ccm) streetrace isn’t as powerful as sport pro but that removes the issue with your cylinder getting hot!
stage6 streetrace for minarelli aint that good here in the netherlands we have alot more options and DR70EvO is the cheapest and best quality but i dont know if they sel that in the states
buy a airsal 2 ring 70cc, my shit has gone through too much, ran on no 2 stroke oil for 2 weeks, previous owner didnt know shit, pinned it always for 2-3 mins, never overheated or seized, runs still like a dram
what are the laws in Ohio for those with out of state moped plates ? Can i ride my Kentucky plated moped in Ohio without being impounded for not having a Buckeye plate ?
Maybe it's not popular in us or other countries but it blew up becouse u didn't do cilinder processing. how u do it is, start your moped up leave it for 15min let it cool and do it 3 times. Then u ride at 20km/h for 50km at low rpm then 200km/250km at 50km/h. Then i will hold u for a very long time. i thing u will take my notes❤️. Btw nice vids.
this is a break in process on which youd do with a brand new cylinder. this cylinder was used already from a running bike, it shouldve been fine to run

Use malossi 4.5 grams. White contra spring. Yellow clutch springs. Definitely look in to a mhr 70cc. Metrakit crank and 21mm carb upjetted to 97. 😎

mallosi cast iron is the best when you run it in and its single ring gasket

Metrakit makes some sick cilinders, buddy of mine had an AC one on his aerox making upwards of 20/24 hp+
Go for the stage 6 mk2, yasuni c16, PWK 24, torque control clutch, malossi crank
Put a full malossi overange and cylinder on it man

go w the MK2 and malossi crank, i have it on my zip sp2 and its crazyy power, u should mybe do inner rotor ignition (italkit, malossi mhr, stage6)
you can hear it instantly drop rpms when ignition is turned off, that's a good sign something isn't good.

you should run s6 mk2 sport kit, on my neos it ran on stock cranckshaft, with yasuni c16, 19mm dellorto, full mhr cvt kit, an 9% diff it was a bomb

how would the dmv know if you put on a 70cc kit. they go off the vin. they dont pull you over, take your engine apart and measure your piston....
