We have a rule for aluminum cilinders 70cc+ that you have to have at least a 21mm carb, you can even go to a 28mm to get a bit more bite out of it, but your setup now is more responsive than a 28mm. Great content, greetings from the Netherlands
The weird bouncy feeling can also come from the stop-bushings on your frame. Where the subframe rest against, mbk booster has something similair and people in stunt-community here over in the Netherlands would put something extra in between the frame and subframe. Hope you can understand, what i mean.
i never have problems with my aerox on a cp 24mm i drove it on a hebo manston 70cc a malossi mhr replica 70cc and a china streetrace 70cc and i never change any jet and she runns pretty good
7:11 ----> there is no way that "the carb is too small" just because it doesnt rev as it should. You have definetly some carb setting issues. You could make it work even with a 12mm carb For the sake of it you could try and swap thye cp19 parts into the 21mm one and see how it goes
It's so cool when I figure out my trikes dis-ease... Sometimes I get it and others I want to take a bat to it lol. Great vid and content man, I really enjoy the vids👍😎
Try get on a italjet Formula air cooled or LC both mint bikes bit heavy to wheelie but great lookers saw it in the scooterswapshop vid with thee RC. Had one for a first bike years ago. Been following a long time from the UK. Ride safe bro 🤜
This video cleared up alot of questions ive had unanswered about scooter tuning, now i just gotta find a tecnigas rs2 or next r for my kymco super 9LC with rear disc brake, havent found yet but ill keep searching xd
Don't know if their available in America. But yss also makes really good shocks for way cheaper than malossi. Also everyone here in the Netherlands runs them and for good reason.
Hey bro I’ve been watching you for a while keep up the great content, I have a 2006 BWS 100cc bug eye edition. I got it second hand and only maxs out at 80kmh any advice to get it going faster for wheelies? it will come up but hard to keep it up not enough power at the moment.
Брат, привет из России!!! Смотрю твой канал очень давно, мне очень нравится твои видео. 2т это конечно круто, но твои видео с 157qmj были как панк рок))))))) Желаю удачи твоему каналу... P.S. Твой фан из России
How could you get your bike so powerful for wheelies with the 19 carb. You can do power wheelies and also you have a top speed of 60+ mph. I have a 70 cc with a 17.5 carb and Polini variator and clutch. It runs great but not even close with your power wheelies and exc..
@@labrikorn_3299didn't know about that, thanks for telling me. But just bought that hi speed vario, so probably won't change it. But because my setup is also air cooled I will put gearbox from LC.
the gurgle sound is usually a clear indication of too much fuel . air would be like a dry bog. plus reading the plus , given that the plug is wet and soaked is rich
minarelli engine is the worst engine ever!!! (my opinion) you must get a scooter with a hiper 2 engine, thats when you will feel real quality. its the best engine for tuning. plzz i want to see watercooled build with hiper engine
Please don't buy cylinders or carbs from malossi, as a mechanic i can tell you they're very bad, ill tell you one thing though, the DR or polini are a better choice (for a base) if you want to be the best then buy an athena, LMR, 2Fast or even a Bidalot
@@MOPBOYZ thank god, by the way, i really reccomend getting a kart carb, they're very useful and efficient, for example usually a 70 base used a 19 which is the 21 for standard carb, in a 96 we usually use a 26 and its more than enough

Sick to see some mk2 action over in the US!
That scoot is running great with the carb change. Glad you got it sorted. You may need to change the needle position again.

Had a formula 50, was nearly impossible to tune ! There are almost no Parts for morini engine. Stick to minarelli or piaggio
The f12 is magnificent
Finally! Hey it might be time for a Smart Carb...👍👍
that’s what i was thinking, just so pricey

you can buy riser kits fir the schock
yes but those won’t make your shock any stiffer it’ll just be taller
i can this a a strong aluminium cylinder, so i will suggest you put on a 24mm karb to that, becouse 70cc alu kits are thirsty on fuel and air 👍
Nice Bike, I Love the Color. A little Turbo, a little Nitrous, a little forced induction Supercharging- Maybe my Next Project..!!! Respects, RH DSD
If drop the needle clip on the carb it should help the bottom end pick up quick instead of bogging
needle clip is maxed out on dropping down already to let in less fuel

Echt iedereen die zegt pak yss is Nederlander 😄
When are us fellow mopboyz followers going to c a ride with u and the little Lady riding. Old man mop
in my case a 24mm pwk carb has worked the best with my mk2
My neighbors hate me too. How come you keep so many bikes and 4 wheelers? I’m going to do red with black. Best videos
The best ✈

variator , big bore kit, lighten the rollers and see
F12 sounds sooo crisp
Nice! That thing Sounds so nice!
Greetings from Germany!
Can you do a wheelie class in Las Vegas lol? I want to learn to wheelie my 150cc taotao
🔥 content!!! is that shock adjustable?
🙌🏽Good call on the carburetor 👏🏽
yea it’s adjustable for height
Sick ending to the vid😎🔥
your fuel line has to be the same size going to the carb as it is on the other side of your fuel filter.
SWEET✌️

У мене є ф12,хочу такий амортизатор.
Дякую...
Bel video!!! Cmq io abito nella città dove veniva prodotto questo fantastico 2 tempi 😉! Made in Bologna Italy
super clean f12 tho (;
that sound when you put smaller jets in, was it being to lean. not too rich, but yes, a 19mm was to small for that setup.
280 is good for cruising temps
The ps3 starting at the beginning 🎶

no we don’t get the aerox in america
@@MOPBOYZ Awh dang! that sucks but your collection is absolutely amazing.

how many cc's are you running?
I want one of those “my neighbors hate me” shirts 😂
they’re on the website my man!

can you buy a yamaha aerox and give it a 70cc setup? it would be so cool
How do you drive with 240f isnt it too hot for the moped?
not for air cooled, you can see up to 350f degrees on a an air cooled bike
Honking on the throttle like that and some mean old Clint Eastwood neighbour of yours is gonna smoke you with a 44
And he ain’t going to jail
i hope so

Malossi shocks are expensive get a yss I find them to be even better and they are cheaper
He's right had a few of them now in only going with yss maybe its not the same quality but its really good

Put 24 carburettor on
I would be carefull trashing up the phantom,it's becoming a collectors item..

8.30 it runs poor..to much air,.
How hot is too hot?
air cooled anything over 350 after a long pull
