Ive been maxed level for over 2 years and still play pretty consistently, and I thought I knew everything about the game, but just watching these guides I'm still learning new things even with 600+ hours played is insane to me!! wish these continued for the all the missions but I'm grateful for the ones you did !!
I would've finished them but there was just so little support for those videos (only a couple hundred views) and they took DAYS to create one for each map to record and edit all of the loot spawns since they are randomized. Also yeah, I get the 600+ hrs and not knowing that much. Some people just play to play, not to become proficient at the game. I'm glad I'm still helping some veterans. :)
Wow very information dense video! The fast-forwarding is helpful to see how it plays out and not get lost in the weeds. Maybe above all, thank you for actually knowing how many total breaching charges there are, and where they spawn. Other videos are iffy on that.
Using a similar approach Solo i got wave 29 on normal and 23 on hard. One thing that is importtant is Comps, when soloing is good to use the fixer for the free ammo and a good group is: Duo (Fixer+Exterminator/Hellrazer) and for Quads(Fixer, Ext, Hellraz, Medic)

I am level 400+ and I never know you can count the mortar rounds on the ground lmao. The precise locations, especially the ones for breaching charges are so helpful. I've found most of them before but who would know there is one behind the stair at the terminal lol. Thanks a lot for this guide. I still don't get why this game isn't getting similar popularity compares to L4D2. I guess it's just that people didn't grow up with this one instead.
Plus LFD 1 and 2 where made first person to add a creep fact personally them adding a first person mode to this game would make me play the hell out of it
Hey man, nice guide. I think I've played with you once in the Discord LF groups (u helped us get the katana in NY1 lol). Anway for a breakdown on switching between terminal/hangar, see below: 1-5: Terminal 6-10: Hangar 11-13: Terminal 14-16: Hangar Then you switch every 2 waves after 16 I believe.
Nah it's supposed to be every 5 unless they changed it but last time I was playing sometimes it would switch after only 1 wave, so I'm pretty sure it's just buggy.

I was mainly looking for the fixer build, btw I made it to 33 with kind of randoms we met up for this mode but our group didn’t stick. One of the guys was good, but that was about it.
Some dudebro with unlimited grenade launcher joined my game and we made it to level 36. 8700gold for that round. he did amazing at clearing the massive hordes and we just protected him. the player got 10k kills and i got 6k with gunslinger. Me and my friends play this game a lot and we have finished every level on maximum difficulty, some of them twice. We have also played horde mode, a lot during lockdown and we have encountered a problem. We have finished wave 63 and by the start of round 64, the game loses connection to the epic network and freezes, this has happened to us twice now. Unfortunately, due to the fact that we can play only some weekends, we do not have the time anymore to take a third shot. I was curious if someone else had this problem.
7:48 perhaps switching from a shotgun is good, but if your playing with other people and you are a Hellraiser with 50% faster reloads and range, even the tier 1 shotgun just shreds, but having a good secondary is good, i prefer PDW or the shorty, with extra range and faster reload the 4 shell capacity doesn't mean much. And for a heavy weapon could you guess i prefer the Taiga-12 lol
Overall good content covered for beginners! Just my pov here on "Best Team Build - 13:330": Medic and Hellraiser isn't really helpful in horde mode. Would advise to have 2 Fixers and 2 Exterminator instead.
It depends on if your team is prone to taking damage or not (if they play aggressively or defensively) if you want a medic on your team to get more out of the medkits, because a pack of 3 medkits costs 100 points, that's expensive. The 2nd fixer could be a masking fixer and which is nice to get those hard to reach screamers. Yeah, I did mention a 2nd Exterminator as a good swap for the Hellraiser. The reason I like the Hellraiser though is for the grenade launcher bonuses because they are great for killing the zombies that pile up on the fences that go towards the gate when you're at the Hangar and there's no mortars to defend them.
I just recently started playing again and I'm pretty new in general. This video was awesome, I'll have to take notes and maybe make a mini map with item spawns (won't have been the 1st time) since there's so much to digest. A couple questions did the information here largely stay the same throughout updates? I noticed some things have changed such as the fixer needing other players to have benefitted from armory first before they can as well (probably to "fix" the fixer haha). And do you still play? What's your highest round solo and multi-player?
İn my game defenses are expensive for example autoturret is 70 and im getting 100 points from locked cases is it about your class or the game changed Like that?
It's been like that for as long as I can remember. Try not to buy that many auto turrets, they are mainly for watching your back and protecting the gate while you deal with the main horde. Mortars and (large-sized) barbed wire are the most cost-effective defenses you can buy. Electric grids are only useful for stunning zombies, not really for killing zombies. Don't let enemies sit on the electric grids and drain all the energy.
The highest wave I've completed is 25. I only play with randoms, cuz none of my friends have the game and I don't bother trying to make friends with the randoms cuz nobody talks in game. I play on the Xbox One, and it's way harder than it should be. I heard that idiots complained that it was too easy when Horde Mode was added, so Saber Interactive patched it in February, and now it's ridiculously overly-difficult. I can understand Hard being this difficult to complete, but Normal should be doable with maxed randos, and in my experience, it's not.
Have you used discord either on phone or a laptop next to you while you play on Xbox One and use open Mic to talk? I don't think most Xbox users have mics and if you're playing with random PC users I'm pretty sure you just can't hear them on cross-platform. The change was supposed to make it so that going over wave 30 was almost impossible to shorten matches on Horde mode. Rewards for Horde mode were even capped at 30 for Normal mode and 20 on Hard mode.
What? They capped the rewards on Normal at 30 waves and Hard is capped at 20? That is so stupid. To answer your question, no I haven't tried it with Discord. Saber Interactive have made so many stupid decisions with the game that it's making me not want to play it. For example, the Challenge Mode for this week doesn't reward any Challenge Points. Why would I complete a mode with increased difficulty if all I get are a disappointing amount of Exp and Supplies Points?
That boggles my mind. If they wanted Horde games to be shorter, why didn't they just lessen the total number of waves to 30? This game has so many weird decisions.
@@What.99 They wanted people to still feel like it's endless amount of waves, which you still can get further than wave 30 on normal and 20 on hard, but I don't believe any squad of people, no matter how pro, can reach 100+ Did you complete last week's challenge mode and then try to play the next week's challenge mode the night/day it switched but didn't relaunch/refresh the game? Cause I still see the ability to gain challenge coins from challenge mode. Unless it's just an Xbox thing.
longORjames Oh, I thought 50 waves was the max. I've only been playing the game since the end of last month, so I'm still very new to it. I completed last week's challenge a couple days before the new challenge replaced it, and I have closed the game multiple times before the new challenge arrived, so it seems unlikely that's why there's no Challenge Points reward for me this week. But I've seen a ton of bugs and glitches in the days I've been playing it, so that very well might somehow be what happened. Or, like you said, maybe they handle challenges on consoles differently than they do on PC. The game crashes repeatedly some days, sometimes as much as 5 times in a row in a span of 30 minutes, so it could definitely be the game messing up. At least now I know there should be Challenge Points as a reward, so thank you for that info.
it's so hard to play with randoms, If there is no medic around which is most likely the case we can't even get to wave 10. If I or someone else plays it we get to level 20+ my highest at the moment is level 23.
Playing with an incoherent team really does make the game more difficult. A medic isn't all that necessary on horde mode. Usually it's better to have the classes that increase defense structure durabilty/ammunition. But for missions it's definitely good to have a medic.
I'm trying to find out which ones more durable, lasts longer between barbed wire and the fence. Do these have a hp? Or the amount of zeke they can handle? I know that the more zeke on the barbed wire lessons the chance of them getting trapped and thats what makes it more easier to survive to sway for fences instead because of that. What do yall think
Is this strategy still doable since there is already a limit on the defense kits that you can place on a map? I usually cannot get added turrets or voltage grids on certain areas because of that limit. Thanks!
Yeah there's a max limit to the amount of auto turrets despite there being more places you can put them. But as long as there is space you can put down as many electric grids and other defenses you want.

me and my friends managed to wave 40 of Horde Mode Hard with team comp 2 Exterminators, 1 Fixer and 1 Medic (all prestige rank 4) . Really powerful team comp tbh. We lost because me as fixer got pin down then everyone fkced up when they tried to save me at wave 40 :'(
I agree with that team comp. The fixer really shouldn't die first, they are sort of the reviver for the team. One mistake can cause the whole team to wipe :( that's unfortunate. Good job making it to wave 40!
this is going to help but Im pretty sure a lot has changed. I tried that first five waves like you did and no way solo. Theres dozens of zombies jumpng off the roof on you, gas bag after gas bag ad the whole level is gassed, bombers coming from the rear and also screamers spawning behind buildings youd have to go down into the horde to get to them. I think with my friends it might work "enough" to save up our points to at least get a jump before we fall back to our normal spots though.
@@shmodzilla Well I made it to wave 21 solo w/ a level 1 class. so it should be alright. What do you mean you never made it past 3rd but soloed up to 15?
When I get to higher levels I fill the gate with about 15 to 20 fire claymores and try and get more out side. Worked till wave 24 and to jump off, don't know how 25 went
Yeah, it's pretty hard to make claymores work in later rounds with less set up time. Buying the fire barrel traps are good if you get lucky on the placement for them
Keep practicing. You'll get there. You might just need to level up your weapons and classes through lots of gameplay. Auto turrets in the back and a couple to help you defend yourselves are good. Also, make sure to get those mortars up pretty early on waves 1-5 so you don't lose fences and stationary turrets in the hanger in waves 6-10.
On round 7, you can put a grid defense in the top left tunnel. There is a large horde that comes from that position. Make sure to close all the doors in the downstairs hallway as well (special zombies spawn). Please do not forget to put a grid defense in the right hallway at the bottom and the right hallway at the top (zombies will run past you to get to the gate and you may not see them). It makes a huge difference. It can be a lot of check for a times but those are my tips.
When you purchase tier 2 or 3 weapons at the buying station where do they spawn? Right next to the buying thing or randomly? I saw in your video they popped up right next to it. But I can never find mines
You have to go to the Main stations that have the little boxes on the ground next to the shelves. The weapons will spawn right next to it on the left side.
Me and a friend tried it sometimes, but we never really changed our spot, we all the time stayed at the gate so we had all our defences there😂 but we still made it to round 20 right now. Is it really usefull to change the spot threwout the game? Greetings from germany 👋
Greetings from America! :) Changing spots is very useful if you know the waves very well and which particular spot they spawn from so you can efficiently use the traps and heavy weapons that you can set up.
@@jamesorlong I managed to get this far with a friend and two AI. Damn it's hard to do, but as you get in to this sort of trance, you can get pretty far. We did it even without use of Mortars.
Not sure about PS4, I play on PC, but it's all cross-play so you should be able to find people to play with even if they are on PC or Xbox, just make sure to use the official discord so you can find players and have voice chat.
Haha, I'll try to keep it under 5x speed next time. I do slow down the video during the important parts though. Otherwise the video would be over an hour long.
Hi, is most of this advice still good? game seems harder now. Don't seem to get more points in a round and the Zedds / waves are more aggressive in the early rounds, plus hardly any items seem to spawn on the man =/
Could you pls elaborate on the Exterminator 2nd build and the Defense Kit / Ammo Tab mechanism, I‘m not sure I fully get it... everytime the exterminator buys from the ammo tab, he has a chance to get one free?
The 2nd exterminator build uses the skill that let's you have a 10% chance to duplicate a defense kit that you buy from the store. The Ammo box also counts as a "defense kit" so it has a 10% chance to duplicate it. The chance is applied when you place the defense kit, sometime it keeps it in your inventory even though you put one down.
@@mr.xx101 ... DEFENSE KITS AND AMMO BOXES! I don't know how I can spell it out anymore xD that includes any of the stuff you place down, Barbed wire, Auto turrets, Stationary turrets, Electric grids, Fences, Mortars, AND Ammo boxes.
The devs should make the AI able to throw grenades at hordes atleast, would rly help out in solo, seeing as how the AI use gunslinger it’s kinda dumb that they can’t throw grenades
@@jamesorlong Well, I didn't follow much of your strategies. but all the points that could have items, breaching charge and the best places to place defenses came from your video. my team was insane, I played with randoms. I played exterminator, another played fixer, hellraiser and medic. we all had lvl5 prestige and knew what we needed to do.
That's weird. You're sure you checked all 10 locations? I don't remeber having problems finding breaching charges on horde mode after the France episode update.
You need the level 2 skill called "Armory" It says it gives a 25% chance to restore one equipment charge but it's a lie. It's 100% to give you 1, but it's just randomly placed on one of the supply bag charges out of the 4 that it has. So as long as you're not terribly unlucky, you can get the equipment charge within the 1-3 charge and then put another box down with the remaining charges available for your teammates.
@@Magmacracker just be sure to yell at your teammates to not take from it until you move to put down another box, because they can steal that 1 SINGLE equipment charge, and then no more ammo, at least until you get another equipment charge from those bags on the ground or if you have the skill to get a free one after killing things, that's even better cause then every 90+ seconds you can give your teammates a bag with a surprise 1/4 chance to get an equipment charge and leave all 4 ammo charges in the bag so you don't have to replace them as often.
@@kingtofu The explosive ammo that a fixer puts down has 4 uses. Once people take explosive ammo from it 4 times, it disappears. When I say the free equipment charge is "randomly placed in one of the four supply charges" I mean it can be in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th explosive ammo charge at RANDOM, you won't always find the equipment charge in the same charge of explosive ammo. BUT there's ONLY 1 charge, so if it was taken on the 1st charge, there's DEFINITELY no more free equipment charges. You won't get lucky and find a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th equipment charge in the same explosive ammo bag.
@@davionshaw5926 PC but you can still use a computer or phone nearby and just have open mic while we play. WWZ is cross-platform with PS, Xbox, and PC.
Did you change your FOV? A few weeks ago we saw that option, all three of us changed it wider and we all crashed constantly. We hit the reset button and sure enough weve all been fine since.
PLEASE WATCH THE VIDEO 😭 It answers your questions and it took me so much time to make it and it helps the TH-cam algorithm show it to more people. But if you want to break my heart, continue reading as I explain how to get more points. If you play solo, you get all of the points instead of the points getting split up between your teammates. Also if you are in the later rounds, you get less points per round completed. You can get 100 points extra every round by completing the side objectives and up to 500 points by finding all the breaching charges and breach the containers as shown in the video.
@@crazyl9112 I just ended up saving them cause I only buy the most efficient traps instead of placing ones all over that break because you can't see and protect them. Like the electric grids on the lower floor in the hanger, zombies will generally stay on those until they die, taking up the maximum durability possible, as opposed to other electric grids you can easily defend on the bridge and kill the zombies while they are stunned to save the durability of the traps.

The game is cross platform but mics don't work cross platform for some reason. Use the official discord to find people with mics. Randos rarely use mics
Play with people from discord. There's always people looking for groups. Also even though cross platform can play between PC/XBOX/PS you can't hear their mics even if they have them.

The first video got hit with a copyright strike cause one song in it apparently wasn't free for use, so I switched out the song and re-uploaded the video.
buy tier 2 weapons.... first mistake... play on the right platform. second mistake, you have to play on the left platform for the first 18 waves, THEN you setup the right platform at wave 16 before going at hangar setup the gate defenses wave 8, back truck at the gate, the 2 high voltage grid. If you are alone setup 3 auto turrets but the good ones, truck, next to the little shop at gate and right next to the military. I can't explain that amounts of details on comment... but your strategies is bad as fuck.... you won't last more then 30 wave even if you tryhard I've done wave 60 and more several times... and trust me that not how we play horde mode BTW the perfect team for defenses is 2 fixers 2 exterminators, you don't need medic, it's USELESS and a pretty OP team is 4 gunslinger, but you have to know the game, most people wile never play this composition ho and your builds are bad, for medic the best is 322 233 311 (each number is a line of all column), for the fixer it's 232 211 212, for the hellraiser it's 332 123 232 and for exte it's 22 2 or 3 depend of your preferences 132 321 the more I watch your vid, the most I understand why people are that bad in horde mode
I generally make it to wave 40+ with the strategy and team comps I described when our classes are maxed. I made it past wave 20 by myself and bots with a level 1 class which is nearly enough to get a class from level 1 to 30. Even if there's a more efficient/better way to play, there's really no need to since rewards cap after like 40 waves. I'd like to see your proof of wave 60+ with your strategy.
@@jamesorlong you waste too mutch money, and the reward is just the pleasure to say "I've survived more then 4 hours in a row on horde mode" it's an exploit that not all players can do
@@jamesorlong I've made wave 48 without any defenses, wave 30 more with only tier 1 weapons, horde mode under wave 50 is easy as fck, so don't try to tell people the good strate when you will never reach that kind of waves with this conditions

Just my pov here on "Best Team Build - 13:330":
Medic and Hellraiser isn't really helpful in horde mode.
Would advise to have 2 Fixers and 2 Exterminator instead.
It depends on if your team is prone to taking damage or not (if they play aggressively or defensively) if you want a medic on your team to get more out of the medkits, because a pack of 3 medkits costs 100 points, that's expensive.
The 2nd fixer could be a masking fixer and which is nice to get those hard to reach screamers.
Yeah, I did mention a 2nd Exterminator as a good swap for the Hellraiser. The reason I like the Hellraiser though is for the grenade launcher bonuses because they are great for killing the zombies that pile up on the fences that go towards the gate when you're at the Hangar and there's no mortars to defend them.

I just recently started playing again and I'm pretty new in general. This video was awesome, I'll have to take notes and maybe make a mini map with item spawns (won't have been the 1st time) since there's so much to digest.
A couple questions did the information here largely stay the same throughout updates? I noticed some things have changed such as the fixer needing other players to have benefitted from armory first before they can as well (probably to "fix" the fixer haha). And do you still play? What's your highest round solo and multi-player?

İn my game defenses are expensive for example autoturret is 70 and im getting 100 points from locked cases is it about your class or the game changed Like that?
It's been like that for as long as I can remember.
Try not to buy that many auto turrets, they are mainly for watching your back and protecting the gate while you deal with the main horde.
Mortars and (large-sized) barbed wire are the most cost-effective defenses you can buy.
Electric grids are only useful for stunning zombies, not really for killing zombies. Don't let enemies sit on the electric grids and drain all the energy.
Which is more effective? Going alternately between the terminal and hanger? Or protecting and strengthening defense in the gate area immediately?
First 10-20 waves can be defended from the front easily and efficiently if you know what you're doing, then it's better to fall back later.

The highest wave I've completed is 25. I only play with randoms, cuz none of my friends have the game and I don't bother trying to make friends with the randoms cuz nobody talks in game. I play on the Xbox One, and it's way harder than it should be.
I heard that idiots complained that it was too easy when Horde Mode was added, so Saber Interactive patched it in February, and now it's ridiculously overly-difficult. I can understand Hard being this difficult to complete, but Normal should be doable with maxed randos, and in my experience, it's not.
Have you used discord either on phone or a laptop next to you while you play on Xbox One and use open Mic to talk? I don't think most Xbox users have mics and if you're playing with random PC users I'm pretty sure you just can't hear them on cross-platform.
The change was supposed to make it so that going over wave 30 was almost impossible to shorten matches on Horde mode. Rewards for Horde mode were even capped at 30 for Normal mode and 20 on Hard mode.
What? They capped the rewards on Normal at 30 waves and Hard is capped at 20? That is so stupid.
To answer your question, no I haven't tried it with Discord. Saber Interactive have made so many stupid decisions with the game that it's making me not want to play it.
For example, the Challenge Mode for this week doesn't reward any Challenge Points. Why would I complete a mode with increased difficulty if all I get are a disappointing amount of Exp and Supplies Points?
That boggles my mind. If they wanted Horde games to be shorter, why didn't they just lessen the total number of waves to 30? This game has so many weird decisions.

Did you complete last week's challenge mode and then try to play the next week's challenge mode the night/day it switched but didn't relaunch/refresh the game? Cause I still see the ability to gain challenge coins from challenge mode. Unless it's just an Xbox thing.
longORjames Oh, I thought 50 waves was the max. I've only been playing the game since the end of last month, so I'm still very new to it.
I completed last week's challenge a couple days before the new challenge replaced it, and I have closed the game multiple times before the new challenge arrived, so it seems unlikely that's why there's no Challenge Points reward for me this week. But I've seen a ton of bugs and glitches in the days I've been playing it, so that very well might somehow be what happened.
Or, like you said, maybe they handle challenges on consoles differently than they do on PC. The game crashes repeatedly some days, sometimes as much as 5 times in a row in a span of 30 minutes, so it could definitely be the game messing up. At least now I know there should be Challenge Points as a reward, so thank you for that info.

it's so hard to play with randoms, If there is no medic around which is most likely the case we can't even get to wave 10. If I or someone else plays it we get to level 20+ my highest at the moment is level 23.
Playing with an incoherent team really does make the game more difficult. A medic isn't all that necessary on horde mode. Usually it's better to have the classes that increase defense structure durabilty/ammunition. But for missions it's definitely good to have a medic.
I'm trying to find out which ones more durable, lasts longer between barbed wire and the fence. Do these have a hp? Or the amount of zeke they can handle? I know that the more zeke on the barbed wire lessons the chance of them getting trapped and thats what makes it more easier to survive to sway for fences instead because of that. What do yall think
Is this strategy still doable since there is already a limit on the defense kits that you can place on a map? I usually cannot get added turrets or voltage grids on certain areas because of that limit. Thanks!
Yeah there's a max limit to the amount of auto turrets despite there being more places you can put them. But as long as there is space you can put down as many electric grids and other defenses you want.

me and my friends managed to wave 40 of Horde Mode Hard with team comp 2 Exterminators, 1 Fixer and 1 Medic (all prestige rank 4) . Really powerful team comp tbh. We lost because me as fixer got pin down then everyone fkced up when they tried to save me at wave 40 :'(
I agree with that team comp. The fixer really shouldn't die first, they are sort of the reviver for the team. One mistake can cause the whole team to wipe :( that's unfortunate. Good job making it to wave 40!
this is going to help but Im pretty sure a lot has changed. I tried that first five waves like you did and no way solo. Theres dozens of zombies jumpng off the roof on you, gas bag after gas bag ad the whole level is gassed, bombers coming from the rear and also screamers spawning behind buildings youd have to go down into the horde to get to them. I think with my friends it might work "enough" to save up our points to at least get a jump before we fall back to our normal spots though.

If you have good enough hearing and reflexes to shoot the gas bags in the face you can stop the smoke.

When I get to higher levels I fill the gate with about 15 to 20 fire claymores and try and get more out side. Worked till wave 24 and to jump off, don't know how 25 went
Yeah, it's pretty hard to make claymores work in later rounds with less set up time. Buying the fire barrel traps are good if you get lucky on the placement for them

Me and my friends can’t even go past round 7 and we recently bought the game so😭
Keep practicing. You'll get there. You might just need to level up your weapons and classes through lots of gameplay. Auto turrets in the back and a couple to help you defend yourselves are good. Also, make sure to get those mortars up pretty early on waves 1-5 so you don't lose fences and stationary turrets in the hanger in waves 6-10.
On round 7, you can put a grid defense in the top left tunnel. There is a large horde that comes from that position. Make sure to close all the doors in the downstairs hallway as well (special zombies spawn). Please do not forget to put a grid defense in the right hallway at the bottom and the right hallway at the top (zombies will run past you to get to the gate and you may not see them). It makes a huge difference. It can be a lot of check for a times but those are my tips.
I play as exterminator, is the perk you were talking about the one that says you have a 10% chance if fixing a defences kit?
Yes, 10% of not consuming a defense kit when you put it down.

You have to go to the Main stations that have the little boxes on the ground next to the shelves. The weapons will spawn right next to it on the left side.
Me and a friend tried it sometimes, but we never really changed our spot, we all the time stayed at the gate so we had all our defences there😂 but we still made it to round 20 right now. Is it really usefull to change the spot threwout the game?

Changing spots is very useful if you know the waves very well and which particular spot they spawn from so you can efficiently use the traps and heavy weapons that you can set up.

Not sure about PS4, I play on PC, but it's all cross-play so you should be able to find people to play with even if they are on PC or Xbox, just make sure to use the official discord so you can find players and have voice chat.

Hi, is most of this advice still good? game seems harder now. Don't seem to get more points in a round and the Zedds / waves are more aggressive in the early rounds, plus hardly any items seem to spawn on the man =/

Could you pls elaborate on the Exterminator 2nd build and the Defense Kit / Ammo Tab mechanism, I‘m not sure I fully get it... everytime the exterminator buys from the ammo tab, he has a chance to get one free?
The 2nd exterminator build uses the skill that let's you have a 10% chance to duplicate a defense kit that you buy from the store. The Ammo box also counts as a "defense kit" so it has a 10% chance to duplicate it. The chance is applied when you place the defense kit, sometime it keeps it in your inventory even though you put one down.

@@jamesorlong Well, I didn't follow much of your strategies. but all the points that could have items, breaching charge and the best places to place defenses came from your video. my team was insane, I played with randoms. I played exterminator, another played fixer, hellraiser and medic. we all had lvl5 prestige and knew what we needed to do.

That's weird. You're sure you checked all 10 locations? I don't remeber having problems finding breaching charges on horde mode after the France episode update.

How do you duplicate the ammo boxes?
You need the level 2 skill called "Armory"
It says it gives a 25% chance to restore one equipment charge but it's a lie. It's 100% to give you 1, but it's just randomly placed on one of the supply bag charges out of the 4 that it has.
So as long as you're not terribly unlucky, you can get the equipment charge within the 1-3 charge and then put another box down with the remaining charges available for your teammates.

@@Magmacracker just be sure to yell at your teammates to not take from it until you move to put down another box, because they can steal that 1 SINGLE equipment charge, and then no more ammo, at least until you get another equipment charge from those bags on the ground or if you have the skill to get a free one after killing things, that's even better cause then every 90+ seconds you can give your teammates a bag with a surprise 1/4 chance to get an equipment charge and leave all 4 ammo charges in the bag so you don't have to replace them as often.

@@kingtofu The explosive ammo that a fixer puts down has 4 uses. Once people take explosive ammo from it 4 times, it disappears. When I say the free equipment charge is "randomly placed in one of the four supply charges" I mean it can be in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th explosive ammo charge at RANDOM, you won't always find the equipment charge in the same charge of explosive ammo. BUT there's ONLY 1 charge, so if it was taken on the 1st charge, there's DEFINITELY no more free equipment charges. You won't get lucky and find a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th equipment charge in the same explosive ammo bag.

Did you change your FOV? A few weeks ago we saw that option, all three of us changed it wider and we all crashed constantly. We hit the reset button and sure enough weve all been fine since.

PLEASE WATCH THE VIDEO 😭 It answers your questions and it took me so much time to make it and it helps the TH-cam algorithm show it to more people. But if you want to break my heart, continue reading as I explain how to get more points.
If you play solo, you get all of the points instead of the points getting split up between your teammates. Also if you are in the later rounds, you get less points per round completed.
You can get 100 points extra every round by completing the side objectives and up to 500 points by finding all the breaching charges and breach the containers as shown in the video.

@@crazyl9112 I just ended up saving them cause I only buy the most efficient traps instead of placing ones all over that break because you can't see and protect them. Like the electric grids on the lower floor in the hanger, zombies will generally stay on those until they die, taking up the maximum durability possible, as opposed to other electric grids you can easily defend on the bridge and kill the zombies while they are stunned to save the durability of the traps.

I can't get pass Lv.11 Wave using Lv.30 Fixer, since my team is literally a.i coz im using a crack game.
If you're playing on normal difficulty it shouldn't be too hard to get to wave 20 even with just AI. Just make sure you put up the right defenses.

The game is cross platform but mics don't work cross platform for some reason. Use the official discord to find people with mics. Randos rarely use mics

Play with people from discord. There's always people looking for groups. Also even though cross platform can play between PC/XBOX/PS you can't hear their mics even if they have them.

buy tier 2 weapons.... first mistake...
play on the right platform. second mistake, you have to play on the left platform for the first 18 waves, THEN you setup the right platform at wave 16 before going at hangar
setup the gate defenses wave 8, back truck at the gate, the 2 high voltage grid. If you are alone setup 3 auto turrets but the good ones, truck, next to the little shop at gate and right next to the military.
I can't explain that amounts of details on comment... but your strategies is bad as fuck.... you won't last more then 30 wave even if you tryhard
I've done wave 60 and more several times... and trust me that not how we play horde mode
BTW the perfect team for defenses is 2 fixers 2 exterminators, you don't need medic, it's USELESS
and a pretty OP team is 4 gunslinger, but you have to know the game, most people wile never play this composition
ho and your builds are bad, for medic the best is 322 233 311 (each number is a line of all column), for the fixer it's 232 211 212, for the hellraiser it's 332 123 232 and for exte it's 22 2 or 3 depend of your preferences 132 321
the more I watch your vid, the most I understand why people are that bad in horde mode
I generally make it to wave 40+ with the strategy and team comps I described when our classes are maxed. I made it past wave 20 by myself and bots with a level 1 class which is nearly enough to get a class from level 1 to 30. Even if there's a more efficient/better way to play, there's really no need to since rewards cap after like 40 waves.
I'd like to see your proof of wave 60+ with your strategy.
