by 1991 we had more than enough ways to both wirelessly, and hard tap wires, hard tapping started as early as the 1800s with the telegraph and still sees common use today, i would guess wireless tapping would occur sometime around the 1970s or so with the invention of DARPA occuring in the 60s

An indulgence" because he lost control out of hatred for what he had seen with the Luttazzi beating up an innocent man. That's part of why he really didn't want to be physically present for the previous missions, he doesn't (or at least previously didn't) want to act in violence, but it's easy for him to snap. Plus I had just assumed that canonically, Felix didn't steath takedown any guards during his gameplay segment, with the exchange between him and Woods being optional. Wouldn't be the first time Black Ops did the "You can this notable thing during a mission but it ends up being non-canon" thing.

Modern warefare and black ops are complete opposites, in black ops, your npc's are completely useless, but in modern warfare, they hardly leave any enemies for you to kill, especially in the clean house missions,

I have a real problem with how villain types are written in media. Turncoats especially. They always take on this smarmy tone, act like they are superior, even if they have spoken in a perfectly reasonable way before. For once, I would actually like the villain to speak in reasonable tones, and actually sound like they are trying to convince you rather than just be a moustache twirling bad guy.
