No. That's the Army and it's still wrong. The Marines don't wear the flag on their uniforms unless it's some fairly recent change. My guess is that some Army general placed an order for flag patches from China and they screwed it up, so he came up with that lame excuse to cover his ass.
garage door sensors are legally required in most places whether residential or commercial. Not to say that I've ever seen or heard anyone actually get in trouble for it.
