The ONLY way I can see someone forgetting which starter they picked is if they ditched them for another starter or Pokemon VERY early on but even that's a stretch. 😂

When Rika repeated same question I got nervous too but my brain said stick with your first answer (which was to find treasure). I think if I had pick battle nemona I probably would have changed my answer

honestly? kinda same, everyone be saying things like "wow it's possible to fail this hard?" my dudes, as soon as I beat a gym leader after gen 5 I immediately forget everything about them, I barely remember the order, pokemon or the "challange" of any gen 6 leader I swear they all forgettable as crap, Mega Evolutions and the pokemon I had are the only things I remember about the game

I'll never forget Valerie, at least, due to battling in a dollhouse, Korrina being in a skate park, Grant being a literal rock-climbing gym, Clemont for being inside the Pokémon Eiffel Tower . . .

I hate this test. All it tested was my memory of names and places and I don't remember any of that! I remember what people look like and what they're about. Yet, to be a Champion one must remember arbitrary names. Could someone please tell me why this interview is mandatory?
@@TechnoArpan Its also to sell the setting, since there's a whole storyline about wanting to be this top ranking trainer in an organization, and just showing up and being like "lol, your gyms were all so trash that I didn't even pay attention to who was at what Gym, I'm just here for shits and giggles anyways" is super disrespectful to said organization? Just like they turned the Game Tips into "Classes" that you have to pass quizzes on if you want to get to the second set of tutorials and/or get the free EXP Candies as a result. That and "What Gym did you challenge first" and stuff like that....helps reinforce the illusion that any of your choices in the game matter despite each of the gyms being on a level curve like in every other Pokemon game, so there's an optimal order to take that would probably make the "early" ones complete jokes if you waited until you were able to clear the level 50 gym before you challenged them? Personally I found it kind of interesting (even if I get kicked out the first time for doubling down on what I said at the School of "I'm here because I want to complete my Pokedex", without elaborating that the reason I needed to do this to do that was do crimes and enter a restricted area of the world), because this interview I was like "Eh, Larry The Normal Type Leader at the Medali Gym was hardest I guess", but then my Elite Four team struggled the most with Iono at the Levincia Gym on the rematches. Kind of fun from an RP perspective if you take it that way, though a lot of HoloMems trying to get through the game while also juggling their own fanbase and keeping up their Am Baby personas understandably had more trouble than someone who after running around Open World Gaming blasted through like half of the gyms in one sitting and fought the Elite Four a day or two later after level grinding a team up?

That's mainly because of how easily you can enter and exit towns and cities. I do think it'd be extremely hard to forget Levincia or Cascaraffa though
