- German Kabaret with Hill's Angels Mit Otto Schtuk und die Bavarian Schtompers. The Angels dance to a bavarian style tune wearing German costumes with shorts. Johnny Hutch plays tuba and Bob Todd hangs his underwear on Jon Jon Keefe's trombone. Benny and Johnny Hutch do a hand-slapping and clapping routine that Benny did with Jackie Wright years before. Then, Benny, Henry, Bob, Jon Jon, Johnny Hutch and Lorraine Doyle do a dance wearing bells of different pitch are attached to their legs and arms. Their movements to the music create the tune. Lorraine Doyle wears a set of bells on her "chest"! Lorraine only shakes when Benny can't see her. Then, Sue Upton and Benny do a Laurel and Hardy routine, with Sue eating her clarinet and Benny sitting on his trumpet and squashing it. At the end the girls are thrown tambourines and dance and shake them. Finally, Benny comes out and does some fancy stuff with a tambourine.

I've always wondered why Benny Hill was considered sexist when the men were the ones who got degraded.

Benny Hill was the first one cancelled, decades before everyone else… and WE let it happen. It’s a reminder to stand up to PC woke garbage ideology every opportunity you get. When you don’t allow them to carry on and use their tactics they move on and eventually run out of energy. Chapelle handled it brilliantly.
Now, now...Benny Hill was FILLED with sexual innuendo. And women were objects of lust, and nothing more. Was it funny? Of course! But my pastor would never have approved members of his flock watching Benny Hill.

The one I like-- and have actually used-- is what he called Look Number 7; it's a mix of confusion and surprise. Both eyebrows go up, and one corner of the mouth goes *way* out to the side.

The slapping scene reminds me of Chevy Chase from National Lampoon's " European Vacation ' movie ! Excellent slap-stick comedy. This video is withstanding, too many references to classic comedians to list ; sadly all passed away now ! I loved Hill's comedy style greatly ! :-)

I didn't realize that Benny Hill would make a brilliant and splitting image of Oliver Hardy! He even got the pucker lips, wide-eyed-confused stare and trademark stance, aura and movements! I'm sure he was also a devoted fan of one of the greatest Fatman comedians aside from Arbuckle, Gleason, Candy, Farley and Belushi... Rip to all of these great comedians especially Benny and Oliver...
He also did Hardy in the 1977 "Nor Iron Bars a Cage" sketch, from Ms. Upton's first show for Hill. There, Laurel was played by Jackie Wright. In a 1968 spoof of onscreen partners from one of his BBC shows, Harry Seltzer played Laurel to Hill's Hardy.
I'm surprised Hill never impersonated Jackie Gleason. No doubt the "coffee" he would have attempted to take a sip of would have been paint varnish.
How about Sue Upton as Stan Laurel? I wouldn't have expected such a beautiful girl to pull off playing a guy, but she did a good job.

Benny did a german accent a lot.Bob Todd recalls how the gang were in a bar in germany, & a big german came up & said rather nazi like asked "Bennee heell?". benny nervously nodded, the guy broke into a big smile & slapped his thigh "Bennee Heeell, very funny show!". Another tapped Bob on the shoulder & asked "Bennee Heell, is he really german?!"
