I had some family visiting recently, and those who did drink seemed to enjoy it a lot. I like it but it is a slightly on the malty side and has a slight residual sweetness which is nice but I do prefer my beer, really dry. 😃
Ruby red...what gave you that lovely color? Never ceases to amaze me how little Munich and Chocolate it takes to get a solid red hue. I will have to brew some of this - it's my kind of beer. Nice!
All about the Munich and the hint of chocolate. I read some recommendations where a commercial brewer mentioned that the Carafa malts seem to have some issues aging gracefully in lighter beers like this, which is why I chose the chocolate malts instead. I do love Carafa malts in really dark beers like Stouts and Porters.
😂🍻😂 No State Tax, Beaches on both sides, and lots of attractions! If we were closer, you wouldn't appreciate us as much! Lived in Florida 52 out of 53 years and I'd find it extremely difficult to ever leave. Plus I can brew beer inside or outside almost 365 days out of the year!
Thanks for sharing. Nice that the beer came out good. Cheers!

If you need help with the “having locals over” let me know :)
Jeff when you get a chance email me as I have 2 huge IPAs coming up. Both used 18.5 oz of hops with zero boil hop additions.
