Elite Dangerous : Odyssey [ Power Play and Notoriety - Pt 2 ]

20 hours of base transferring and non combat really makes ED a dull game, but thats how long, give or take, Notierty 10 took to clear. We've 2 remaining Powerplay Assignments to do one again involving ground content and data port power research / industrial data stealing to undermine another superpower.
As i said before my last PP work i couldn't find a way to do without gaining Notoriety, and I don't believe it's helping the cause
This time we've found an anarchy system and data stealing we a go go....
