Bro, older version of this app had a Xbox controller which was working with pes 17 But the latest version of this app has gamepads which was not working properly with pes 17 I was trying to figure this out from the last 2 week and I was not able to control pes17 using this new gamepad. It depends upon the game you play. Like of nfs controller settings is inside the games but some games like pes2017 has controller settings outside the games.

Open real racing 3 in BlueStacks and just go to game controls and then open gamepad tab, now you can assign the gamepad keys (open gamepad in pc remote app and touch on the key that you want to assign) now assign every key that you use . Now your gamepad is ready and it will work.

Now I think this might be software issue.
