After Sitting 4 Years, Will It START???

After sitting for 4 years, will the FREE Ford Explorer start? This truck has not start in over 3 years so we replace the battery and run some pre-start test to be sure that it is safe to fire up. After checking fluids, filters and hoses we finally get to turn the key. After all of these years, will this free crusty old ford explorer start?
