Today’s deck intro is a secret! Remember to subscribe to the channel and like the video! Thanks so much for watching!
Theres no secret, that secret reno mage is bad xDD
casual WORST zeph of ALL time
Zeph saw the missed lethal at 6:52 and never forgave Mark.
Bro ONLY logged on to play against secret mage. Mark, you found the only pile to step in on the entire yard. Incredible.
Zeph was just being a bro and trying to protect you from an even stronger Xyrella.
priest one day woke up and: ''man fuck 'dem secrets''
His spider senses were tingling "someone is out for me with secrets today"
More like blizzards rigged matchmaking saying: hmm, mark has many secrets, lets give him an opponent that runs anti-secret so he loses because the AI says a loss is the best outcome to make him player another game
@@WhiteSharks-wz6kn idk if the matchmaking is really that sophisticated
@@Icetea-2000I believe it is. I was trying something similar with plenty of secrets and all of sudden I played against People with secret tech all the time despite I havent seen secret tech for very long time...
TWO chief inspectors AND an eater of secrets, in an amara deck. I'm just blown away lol
Blizzard specifically decided to do Mark dirty today, in every way possible
I hate blizzard for not giving me opponent to defeat them in order to get legendary rank. I was struggle in diamond 5 using quest hunter with no way to get past rank diamond 5
@@ChaotycznyWojakso true bestie
People’s hate for secret mage simply extends to all deck archetypes
@@ChaotycznyWojaki was dia 1 with 2 stars and then i played with even reno warrior against mine rogue 7 times in a row and lost. Then i went to go with mine rogue and was back at dia5 pretty fast
Mark only plays against aliens bro, there is no way
Also known as silvers
Yeah i do play dumb dumb deck in silver, sometimes copying Mark's OTK decks and you see some beauties. Not so far away i played a guy with only the basic cards you unlocked at the beggining of the game before the core set existed, so : Ogres, Yetis and Sunfury Clerics 😆. I felt bad with my Reno warlock deck.
It's not aliens, it's obviously rigged matchmaking, even though Blizzard vehemently deny doing that.
I swear. i haven't seen chief inspector in like 3 years, and mark gets opponent with TWO, playing every secret mage
I can't remember ever seeing that card even!
The deepest of the cuts hahaha
That priest must have been waiting for this moment.
Yeah. Mark says something like "I can't believe how unlucky I am" quite often, but for once it actually fits.
7:05
You just speedran the five stages of grief:
12:01 denial
12:07 anger
12:23 bargaining
12:27 depression
13:13 acceptance
14:44 straight back to stage one
😆
The loop will never end thanks to that final eater of secrets
This is going to go down as one of the most criminally underrated comments of all time
Meanwhile, on Zoralda's channel: "Can I play ALL the anti-secret tech in 1 Game???"
Forget the championships, this game will go down in the history as one of the greats
7:57
This guy... Hate secrets, i mean... he REALLY hate them.
Update: 14:44
This guy is beyond the hatred of Secrets now, it is their Nemesis HAHAHAHA
And this deck STILL doesn't use Glacial Mysteries lol.
I just want to know how many secret mages Zoralda, he played against until he was like never again. "I will eat all those f**king secrets."
Me: I am hater of mage secrets
Zoralda: Hold my beer
When mark played all his secrets the opponent was like “my time has come”.
The funniest part is that twisting nether would actually have lost Mark the game that turn. Zeph saw Xyrella in the future
14:43 "I will never play this game again." We've all been there. We all know he will be back. May take awhile after this though. xD
I think Zeph is gonna get fired from his job at this rate.
"There are no words for the game you are about to watch" I thought this was a pun on "Secrets", but this hits differently on the second watch.
I strongly believe the whole purpose in that priest player’s life was just to have a match against you with THAT deck. He was mocked for his deck building everyday by his friends and must have doubted even himself facing the 100th Druid in a row. Despite all that he stayed strong and his perseverance was rewarded. Definitely one of the hearthstone players of all time.
You did not have Ice block up before eater, so not playing Reno killed You anyways. The Eater was an insult to injury and hilarious though :D.
This has to be a fever dream.
It has to be staged for youtube ratings, right?
Big respect to that Priest for running two Chief Inspectors and Eater of Secrets, they must really hate Secret Mage.
Zeph found the perfect cards... to post a reaction video to. Lol
This was truly one of the games of all time.
yeah you were supposed to lose this game lmao. you play into the ONE person running anti secret tech, your zeph didnt pull any boardwipe, this was insanely rigged lmao.
12:25 5 stages of grief
probably record breaking Chief Inspector play XD
I've seen people on reddit wondering if Zephrys has gone stupid. I guess its code might be broken now, would not even be surprising
I couldn’t believe how bad the choices were, not a single one made sense
It most likely giga-overvalued silence because of so many enemy deathrattle minions thinking mass silence > mass removal. He never gives 2 AoE options, thereby Natalie Seline. Lastly, Jaraxxus is the obligatory value option.
He has been ignoring my opponents 10 mana windfury weapons when i have plenty of mana left. Happened several times.
@@Miinow Mass Dispel shouldn't block AoE boardclears, and it used to show up alongside them sometimes.
Also, Zeph used to ignore Deathrattles on minions unless they are greatly understatted for their cost, since he can't read what the Deathrattle DOES, only that it IS, and when first made he was programmed to assume that Deathrattles on minions with decent stats for the cost are unimportant, but that things like 6-cost 1/1s with a Deathrattle have a strong Deathrattle.
His mistake was trading before zeph if he wanted twisting. And if you want wrapping tech you need to have 5/2/0 mana remaining
This is the most Mark game of Hearthstone i've ever seen im laughing so hard im crying
Okay after seeing the second Chief Inspector I was like "watch him drop an eater of secrets next" I was disappointed... Until I watched to the end.
He was prepared! 😂😂
That Priest deck probably has a 33% winrate, but he never loses to Secret Mage.
2 chiefs inspectors?! What was the guy on?
A losing streak against secret decks, apparently.
i mean i can understand 1 or even 2 if you go full tech, but in a deathrattle deck? XD
He sees the future, there's no way otherwise... even the other secret hate is better than this card in most cases except this deck!
He stream snipe him.
I love waking up in the morning to your videos, thanks for the crazy content!
I know it sucked to get so trolled, Mark, but for what its worth that was funny as fuck
LMAO! When the second Chief Inspector came out...best reaction ever!
My theory is that Zeph avoids wanting you to destroy deathrattle minions because of how harmful their effects will be so he just gives you the option to silence them (and the Seline for destorying N'zoth). As for the Jaraxxus, it's the only few 8 mana card that doesn't destroy the opponent's deathrattle minions that he can offer. So I feel like it would've given you better option if you ping your hero power and look for a 6 mana card like blizzard or something.
Imagine at least a Tirion option here.
Three observations:
Zeph needs to be taken out back and... dealt with.
This opponent is literally the only guy in the entire world with so much hard-run secret tech and Blizzard put your all secrets deck up against him to make his year.
Orion is literally always on the bottom in every secret deck ever and only shows his face after you've played all of your secrets.
Zeph hasn't had any updates in a long time, and it was already, by far, the most complex and code intensive card to ever exist.
@@taleladar Yeah but still. Oh I know why he didn't offer Twisting. Zeph was scared of all the Deathrattles..
When you say 'game puts me against my counter matchups' and everyone laughs and then there's this
That guy had the perfect counter for your deck in every way possible, thats incredible.
I literally laughed at the end! Thank you for the funniest vid by you
7:13 omega LOL
this is the best video ever of hearthstone hahahahahahahahahahahah
What's the over/under on them packin' another Eater somewhere in their remaining cards?
I wonder if he had more secret hate in his deck we did not see.
This might be the proudest moment for that opponent: "they call me a mad man for running all the secret tech"
I feel your pain, I was playing a reno secret mage the other day and I had managed to generate two extra ice blocks. I got the first two eaten by Eater of Secrets and I got hit down to 1. I felt safe and played the third and they played Flare and I lost. By the way they were playing some sort of Excavate Rogue list.
Increíble!! Imposible que encuentres otro mazo con esas cartas tan defensivas contra secretos.
This guy has dealt with Objection and Ice Block ONE too many times.
This guy has everything, absolute mad man,you called it Mark.lol
I don’t know if I’ve ever seen a more randomly ridiculous deck other than someone I ran into in Descent of Dragons who was playing Highlander Rouge and hard running double Plate Breaker and double Living Deagonsbreath. People will never cease to dumbfound me
That somehow makes more sense than what I just watched.
Really really nice video 👌🌟
I love your videos and this the hardest I've ever laughed at one of them
The natural enemy. This made history.
Epic game! Mark face all game talking:"Who are this people? I hate this game!" 🤣👍
The real secret: Why is Zeph so dumb?
By my understanding of zeph, he hates deathrattles and refuses to give you any card that will trigger multiple enemy deathrattles (i.e. twisting nether).
He USED to just give you the Twisting Nether against that kind of board, but his code doesn't appear to have been maintained in a long time, so he doesn't always produce sensible results. For example, he won't offer secret hate even against 5 secrets if you give him 8 mana (instead just offering 8-cost cards), and he used to always offer some form of secret hate against that many secrets.
Also note that the issue's root cause appears to partially be cards that were added or changed after he was initially made, as the 8 mana slot where several of them are seems to be where the most issues are - as a reminder Jaraxus used to be a 3/15 Demon who destroyed and replaced your hero, not a proper hero card, and Natalie replaced some other Priest card as part of one of the about 500 Priest reworks we have had over the years.
The Match making was like:
You got 20+ Secrets in your deck? Let's get you an opponent that has 2 chief inspectors and at least one eater of secrets.🤡
That account has to be an alien or an AI or something, it's insane.
It was like they knew you were coming 😂 no secret here 😅
The universe conspired against Mark on this one lol
😂 did they change Zeff so you don’t high roll anymore ? 😅 also the double chef inspectors , I forgot that was even a card 😂😂
I remember playing weapon-stealer, secret-stealer, destroy opponent armor, eat a minion from hand, and destroy all 1-mana spell in a double battlecry Shudderwock deck. With that deck, I also met you 😂
Mutanus may be a bit expensive, but unlike the other cards you mentioned actually has a use general enough to be a good card - while it doesn't help with aggro at all, most midrange and control decks (the opponents that expensive cards are for since aggro's whole plan is to end the game before you have the mana to play expensive cards) run some kind of big finisher, and most big finishers are minions, which means that most decks have cards that they really don't want eaten - and even if it whiffs on that simply eating a 4-drop often makes Mutanus have a big enough body to force your opponent to spend a card to remove it, making it a two-for-one and thus card advantage.
Also, I assume Lotheb was in the deck alongside the infinite Shudder cards, can't play tech/lockout Shudderwock without that one.
i am peeing my pants in laughter. that was awesome
The deck intro though lmao
One Chief Inspector, I'd say fair, two on the other hand, ridiculous, but my goodness, the Eater of Secrets at the end, that made me lose it! 😶
What a cool deck.
... this was pure insanity. Super hard counter to your secrets, plus the Zephrys fumble? Honestly that last one I can't even imagine what kind of logic fail they baked into the card for that to happen...
I would guess zeph didnt want to trigger deathrattles?
Hence the silence.
@@sebaty5if they'd kept Zeph up to date(like they FUCKING SHOULD), theres a perfect, Neutral 8 Drop that not only board wipes, but prevents deathrattles from going off.
It also gives you 5 armor and makes it so the opponent can only have 1 minion for a turn
@@QuickSilverKitsune well my knowledge zeph only drops core cards and that very perticular card os not part of the core set.
Bad code Zephyrus counts his chokes as victories.
Putting secrets in a reno deck makes them much more interesting to play around!
8:00 holy shit
No wayy who are these players lol
That zeph was a total troll
Zeprhys has been failing me for past while. Ignoring windfury ignus weapon from my opponent has happened a few times
Well played
You showed remarkable restraint. I would have cursed up a storm then looked up the deck, played it and promptly lost a few in a row then given up on Hearthstone for a week.
I think in hindsight it would have been better to try and shoot for Shadowflame, even if he couldn't get down to 4 mana exactly. The big problem was he had an 8/8 on his board so zeph probably didn't prioritize a board clear for that reason.
This guy was probably wondering why you were running every secret while you were questioning his deck lol
There are 21 mage secrets? I never knew....😅
Just play around them /s
i'am literaly speechless about Zeph not offering a board clear vs that full board....i'd be so piss too :S..think may have to do with low cost dr mobs which Zeph has a bad coding for...he does that bs vs totems too(could offer ruin when they have 5 attacks+)....offer mass dispel instead
Don't think I've ever seen a Chief Inspector, even one randomly generated never mind hard run. Hilarious
Ending the game with Sayge would be amazing!!
Honestly? It makes sense why the secret tech cards are in that priest's deck. It's so they can set up for an OTK with the Xyrella hero once they've had their deathrattle minions die. The real issue is that they didn't have more "Deathrattle: deal (x) damage to the enemy hero" cards, like Leper Gnome and that one kobold, or more card copying like Creation Protocol and Seance.
But even then you would only run one of them to get rid of Ice Block. And ususally that one secret tech card would be inside ETC.
They are playing Renathal man, don't waste your time trying to make sense of their decisions
Hahaha how do you find these people!!
Surly that was a sniper, no human would hard run 3, probably 4 hard secret removal in a deathrattle deck in wild with how good priest cards are
That Priest REALLY hates secrets.
The perfect card
"who are these people?!"
yeah! what is happening?!
I wonder if Zeph takes into account the fact you traded a minion this turn. Perhaps the logic assumes if you already did a trade, then it's less likely you want a board wipe... either that or Blizzard really wanted you to lose this game!
The only solace you can have is in the fact that a Mage playing that much secret tech is losing most other matches by drawing so much dead weight.
Blizzard doesn’t give you random opponents. If you include certain cards in your deck you’re more like to be paired against certain tech cards.
This deck/video is pretty much all the proof you need there is defiantly an algorithm to pair you into someone who has counters to you.
The chief inspectors and Eater is absurd.
omg this was one painful game to watch
It was an amazing match, but you were so salty it ruined the mood a little bit ! It was fun, even if you lose at the end ! We viewers want to see entertaining and unexpected games, and this one was really great :)
There is no way in hell that Zephrys doesn't offer Twisting Nether there. That's got to be a bug. I would show that to game devs.
Zephrys fucking sucks at Deathrattles; basically he compares the DR minions' stats with the average stats for its mana, and add the difference to calculate the "value" of the deathrattle. This meant Zeph saw a board full of super-buffed minions, who will do something on death - "why would you want to brawl that and trigger all those super buffed deathrattles", he thinks.
He's also hard coded to avoid killing "egg" deathrattles - he kept offering Holy Smite for Serpent Egg, which is the opposite of what you want to do - so the Naval Mine also screwed you over.
No way that Zeph 😂😂😂😂
Alright, deck intro time! And, this time, it's a secret!
Yes he has two chief inspectors, but did anyone notice that he top decked them back to back?
No shadowflame zeph?😢
And Mark was never heard from again
Blizzard agent detected
Screw the double secret tech that MD outta Zeph was the craziest s#*t I've seen in a long time
