I don’t know how to enable comments on here for some reason it won’t let me do that or post the portable sauna link but, look up on Amazon “portable sauna” and boom. They’re all there and they’ll all help 99% of the time. Good luck.

You pretty much summed it up. Shit, I'd work out with you, you seem like a good dude. I felt awful for months, until I started running everyday and the climate started to warm. Somewhat counterintuitively, wearing a sweatshirt or like longsleeves/multiple layers of clothes has pretty much cured it, I can now play on the tennis team and I just wear a sweatshirt instead of suffering in my t-shirt.

By the way, if you haven't already:
Do not take the covid "vaccine."
Your immune system will be destroyed and you will be left weak, sterilized and forever dependent on big pharma.
Millions will die in the next year from this "gene therapy."
Consider it a warning from me.
Best of luck, don't let them pressure you into signing this death warrant.

Sorry to get back to you so late. How’ve you been and what’s wrong with the vaccine?

I was taking 4 fexofenadine 180mg a day and one Montelukast a day and it cured me for five months until they stopped working. I was having a montelukast in the morning with a fexofenadine then have one around every 4 hours.

This is crazy, I suffer from something similar to this but it’s called seminal plasma hypersensitivity, had full blown hive attack years ago and sometimes experience full body itching that last 7-10 days.

Hey Alex! I just just want to thank you for your videos, you were actually what I was looking for, CU got me when I was 15 now I’m 24 and the CU hit me ones again but harder never before, I being going around with doctors with no good results at all, but you just gave me the must important answer, do exercise, I thought that I was not going to be able to fight against CU but exercise will help me out, (I haven’t started yet) but I’ll for sure but I do have some questions a sour how much you do exercise or how much you run, and as well I totally understand that antihistamine will not help for everyone but which one are you taking? And how often you take it, like 2 times per day or just one, basically I really will appreciate it if you tell me your daily routine!! And ones again thank you so much, I’ll like to talk you in person a have a fluid conversation but I’ll be more than happy to know your routine!

Wow, watching those hives dissolve every day until they disappear is definitely appeasing, I went with what I commented about and after 20 or so days the urticaria’s history, I simply go'ogled the latest by Shane Zormander and now my skin is as smooth and healthy as it has ever been!

Hey man I just ordered the portable sauna but I’m worried about having an anaphylactic shock. I’ve never had it before but how do I know if I’m susceptible to anaphylaxis or not?

Hey man. I’ve been extremely busy and my TH-cam comments haven’t been working and they finally are, you could be susceptible to anaphylaxis if you’re still wondering, I was too. If you do sweat therapy with the sauna which I’m guessing you have, have an epi pen by you

I’m so sorry for getting back so late, It took me about 5-10 days before sweating was a piece of cake.
