Listening to you seems like I’m watching my past (and present) I’m so sorry brother. There is a clinical that just finished, the principal investigator hasn’t published the results for CU yet unfortunately. Do you think living in a warm environment all year and doing physical labor will help you? I know when I worked/camped outside during summers, even with the cold mornings, my condition was much better than just doing normal life with intermittent sweat therapy. Just some food for thought
Bro. Did yours get less painful in summer? Mine was gone completely in summer and and it came back in winter. I have been suffering with this. It sucks that I was in great shape absolutely shredded before getting CU and now I lost all my gains. Life sucks
Hang in there. I know it sucks having CU- Everyone is different but some are just relentless and worse than others. I have a friend who lost his mind completely due to anxiety and it’s bad right now. Suicidal thoughts can come but it’s important to know what matters most to you in life, speak to a therapist etc…. It helps
Hey I just found your channel recently and I'm in the same boat as you. I actually have really appreciated you being open and sharing how you've been going it makes me feel less alone and has helped me keep pushing through. I have CU, anxiety, and depression too and I get you on the whole tired thing. I hope you're doing well at the moment and hopefully another update soon - really appreciate them :) Also coming from a girl don't worry too much about the girl stuff yeah it sucks but if its not meant to be its not especially when you're so young!
It’s nice to know I got someone to relate to. Thank you for sharing your experience homie🤘🏼 if you ever wanna ask any questions about this medical stuff you can dm me on my Instagram or comment on my videos My Instagram is alex_young117
