From what ive noticed from having this disease is that it hits you soo hard mentally. That being said, beating it; Insane euphoria. I Found my treatment with a specific lotion, vitamin d3, sweat therapy, and a better peace of mind. Still comes and goes, but its been suppressed heavily. I truly hope for the best of you and anyone struggling out there with this disease- it aint easy to beat.

I feel you heavy on that one man. This condition is something different and beating it or at least suppressing it like you said, it takes a lot of sheer will and mindset.

This skin condition is absolutely aggravating to deal with! I wouldn’t wish this on one of my worst enemy! But gosh I’m tired of living with this. This started for me in 2018 at work and when my body got hot this weird itchy red give just broke out on my arm and I’m just looking like yo what is this? Ever since then I been struggling to get rid of it and when I tell my family about this they look at me like I have two heads lol Like what do you mean you itch when you get hot or eat certain foods. I relate to a lot of what you said it feels like a part of your life is robbed from you. I don’t even like to go outside because sometimes the heat and sun gets unbearable and I don’t want to look like a crackhead outside scratching my body all over lol. I do feel better when I work up a sweat from exercise and when I do stay away from certain foods. But I just want this to go away like I wasn’t born with this so where did this mysterious condition come from? I know autoimmune issues have a lot to do with a damaged gut health so I’m wondering what did I do to damage my gut? I was vegan for a few months right before this CU came so I’m guessing that could play a part in it. But I am taking supplements to build my gut health back up and I’m just not giving up on finding away to heal myself because I refuse to live the rest of my life in this condition! Man I hope we all overcome this disease because it’s just a terrible way to live!

It ruined my social life too. I developped anxiety and fear of having an attack. When i have one i become red and my whole body is covered in hives that itch, even though i take anti histaminics. When I take the bus or train, I get anxiety and fear of getting it and now my body has social anxiety because it thinks it's the same. It ruined my fucking life. I'm an athlete still and I still workout through the pain and outside.

I've been doing mma for a few years and it has slowed me down and ruined my chances of going into competition. I used to be really outgoing and social and now i have fucking anxiety

This video has motivated me to get one and do the sweat therapy. I know how tough the condition both physically and mentally as I’ve suffered from CU the past two years. Stay strong everyone who suffers with this! We will all get better one day!!

regards from germany bro, i am 26yrs old and suffering from CU (seasonal-only in winter) for 10yrs know. I was a very athlete guy, my life is sucked know. I became the 4th xolair injection shot, but i doesn't help enough. I will buy a portable sauna know and combine it with bodybuildung/martial art (boxing) workouts. I know exactly what you are going through bro, we must stay strong. I know that sauna helps, but in germany sauna is tooooo expensive bro, because of that i will buy a home portable sauna know. Do you use it everyday? stay strong bro!

I still got CU but workout helps me and a little bit of sunlight early in the morning reduce the itchiness now I can normaly go outside even on a hot weather. It still itchy but unlike before that it is extremely itchy and feeling of burning sensation. I lived in a tropical country so sweat is normal to me and developed pain tolerance.

Yo bro let’s start an cu group chat. I have it also it’s a mental battle for sure. Medication is depressing and I get your pain. I haven’t smoked weed in a while, that was the reason why I did?

Yep, it's such a relief to see those nasty hives fade away day after day until they completely vanish, I went with what I pointed out not long ago and after 21 days the urticaria’s gone, I just go'ogled the latest by Shane Zormander and now my skin is as smooth and clean as ever!

Do you have a steam sauna or infrared?
