It's very simple why women with allegations don't go to the police.
*it's because the police ask questions, twitter doesn't*

Yet you have all of the rabid social justice groups making things worse by sicking the hounds on them and never letting up, regardless of truth within the matter. There is no equality coming from those matters because the groups are fighting for their marginalized groups to be pushed to the forefront, regardless of pushing any other groups down. Last I checked, that's not equality. It's moving back as a society.

This isn't even specific to Twitter or online stuff. I was married for years with a woman I was with for 14 years. She chose to break up with me by getting me thrown in jail on only her word.
In reality, she flipped out one night and she beat me up while drunk and then left the house in her bathrobe at 1:30am. I couldn't fight back. She had police come to the house 4 days later.
I spent a week in jail while she told everybody how horrible I am, filed for divorce. I lost EVERYTHING. I lost my house, my money, everything I own. Even my cats. I've spent the last year rebuilding everything in my life.
There's one shelter for males in the entire country who go through this. If i would have exercised my rights to defend myself, i would have lost even more. Let that sink in.
EDIT: I'll say this. The first thing I thought of in jail was suicide. 10 years ago, the leading killer in this country was auto accidents. Now, number 1 is overdose. Number 2 is suicide. I got sober instead, i'm sober for a little over a year now.

I'm also a firm believer in AA, and I no longer talk to women because they frighten me. Except if they are married or have over a year of sobriety.
I loved that woman more than my own life. I loved those cats even more. I could have easily killed myself, and i wanted to - i didn't. I gave my two guns to the police, enrolled in therapy and joined AA.

    • @dwarfmaul
      @dwarfmaul 5 ปีที่แล้ว +5

Keep your head up and when dealing with females, it's always best to call the pigs without the woman knowing. Their bullshit rarely stands up when faced with a cop and they are left freestyling a defense claim on the spot. Took me a long time to realize this and a few situations had cops involved that maybe didn't need them, but I've never had to deal with false accusations since. Sitting in jail, waiting on bail for 3 weeks was enough to change the way I deal with females.
Hope things go better for you and your rebuild is a fast and enjoyable one.

I have a very simple standard by which I judge sexual misconduct claims. If there is no police report, I don't believe the story. Period. End of discussion. If you refuse to go to the police you have something to hide that will in almost every situation show you to be the liar that you are. I have yet to be proven wrong regardless of how many feminists screech at me for that standard.
Women love to try and deflect from that by saying, "well a police report is useless!" No, it's not. First, it's a legal document, admissible in court. There has to be an investigation done as well as a rape kit which proves you were involved in a sexual encounter. Funny enough the police look into your phone and chat records to determine if it was actually consensual or not which trips a lot of women up and makes them not want to go to the police because they lied. (The biggest one is, "well I cheated on my partner and didn't want him to know...) Lying to get one is a misdemeanor, if you were actually attacked you don't have to worry about that, but that's a worry for women that knowingly lie about the incident. Another excuse as to why women don't like to file them is because they'll be roasted over social media by people that defend the accused. Again, this is a BS argument because there are things called rape shield laws that prevent the accuser's, i.e. the woman's, name from being put anywhere in the public view to prevent exactly that. Running to social media doesn't have that protection.
Women lie, constantly and about anything and everything. It's a built in defense mechanism that they evolved with to make sure they weren't kicked out of the tribe to die because taking responsibility for your mistakes had a high probability of that happening, especially when it came to sleeping around. The problem is the vast majority men don't like going against the "programming" they evolved with to see women as things to protect and coddle until they get screwed over by enough women, and even then some fight against seeing them for what they are. Feminist's perpetuate the "women are wonderful" nonsense because it gives them ammunition to pass their blatantly misandric laws and ideas. Men need to stop giving women any wiggle room. Hold them to the same standards you would men, which is what they keep demanding by screaming for "equality" and MAKE THEM be responsible for their actions. You take away their "pussy pass" and all this nonsense stops real fast.
    Grow a spine men.

No perks and well looked at with heavy judgments on my ethnic background and where I grew up in which was the ghetto. These soyboy and collective driven trustfund babies or drones couldn't last 12hrs where I'm at and be pissing themselves on how real folks are down here. They play a basic bitch Checkers game well I play a game of Speed Chess with unconventional pieces that you gotta or gonna know and have to work on the fly and be 3 steps ahead. I welcome their challenge and will toss them in a pile of nameless graves. I don't want to go this route but I refuse to be their scapegoat as its not just the white males they go after anymore as everyone is fair game to ruin for them. This story is not mine but I have heard it a few times from my father.
My father was stationed over on the DMZ in Korea, I believe he was with the 319th field artillery at the time, and they had a guy in the unit that had been a bit of a knucklehead in the past. The guy got his act straightened out, made the rank of E4, and his dad, who was an old soldier, was looking forward to showing him off when he came home on leave.
The guy's roommate got busted with marijuana in his locker, but the roommate was up for Soldier of the Year, which looked good for the unit. So the Colonel gigged the E4 for the drugs and busted him down to E1. They did the piss test and everything and the guy was going to be cleared eventually, but didn't know how to break it to his dad. He killed himself before he was cleared.
I can easily see how this guy, with his history of receiving abuse, getting fired from his passion in life, and being turned on by seemingly the whole world, might have sought a permanent solution to a temporary problem even if he was innocent.

My babysitter's daughter molested me when I was 11. She was at least 17 maybe a little older. Honestly this would be too embarrassing to say without the amenity this comment section provides. I didn't even know what was happening at the time and it wasn't something I fought really, I thought she was pretty from what I remember but I had no clue what we were doing. Not sure if we did everything, I was 11, but when I took sex Ed in 7th grade I realized that I was "raped". Didn't tell anyone until I was well out of high school but that was because I didn't want the hassle. None the less, I was raped, at 11 years old. I'm sure it'll be easy to find her and I understand it's far too long to press charges, but I have a strong chance to ruin her life if I were to publicly name her and what she did in my local area. This would be easy but I have no want or need to do this.
Again, and I promise this is the last time I type this, I was raped. Not flirted with, received a butt smack, a inappropriate comment directed my way or sent a nude picture in a text message. I have served 6 years in the US military, I won't say what branch but I was a ground unit in some pretty bad places, also some great places, in the middle east and north Africa. I'm 32 now with a son. His mother ran out when he was 3 months old. So between the awful, terrible, unimaginable things I witnessed in my time in the military and that beautiful but soul crusgingly difficulties I had to face being a single father what that girl did to me was disgusting but I have long ago forgave her. I hope everything not only does she live a great life but she reaches the best possible outcome of whatever end the religion she follows will give her.
What happened to me I wish upon noone. Not even my worst enemy or their children. Allegedly getting hit on or getting a few lude texts from a male that's attractive to you ladies is not any reason to play or even think you are categorized as a victim. I've been lucky with the looks my parents passed down to me, not bragging just explaining, and I could never in a million years give you an exact number of times I've been "harassed" or sent dirty texts, nudes, ass slapped, literally stalked and cat called by women in my life. Hell I was drugged at a bar two weeks after I retired from the military. Yes it was a woman and yes the bar pressed charges but I did not.
There is no such thing as this "me too movement". It's majority, pitiful women trying to get their 15 minutes of fame and/or attempting to ruin the life of someone they have differing opinions with as an attempt to discredit them. I understand that there are actual victims of sexual assault , I'm not so blind to deny that fact, both men and women alike but the difference is victims seek help from law enforcement, people portraying victims seek attention. Do not even attempt to give that lame excuse that women are "too scared" to report attacks to authorities. This isn't the 1920s. That stereotype is long gone. If you can post it on social media you can post it on a police report.
I know this was a long comment. I appreciate anyone that reads this all the way through and doesn't belittle me in the comments, again amenity I get it but don't talk to people online differently than you would in person. Believe me you wouldn't. Not a threat just saying. But most importantly remember any ladies reading this or men that read this and a topic similar comes up in a future conversation with women, a man died because some ass cunt of a woman lied about being basically flirted with. There was no crime committed by him. The only crime here is that he died as a direct result of her lie. As far as I'm concerned she's guilty of manslaughter.

I've already been on the receiving end of this bullshit when I was threatened into confessing to a crime I didn't commit under fear of more serious allegations.
I spent 6 months in prison, 6 months on license, and am now 3 out of 10 years through my time of the S.O.R because of this. All because I was too scared to stand up for myself and say I didn't do it. Had I done that, and they came at me with the more serious allegations, and been found 'guilty', I would have been looking at 10+ years in prison and life on the S.O.R.
Thinking back, I got off lucky. My legal representation was absolutely shit and did nothing but damage control. They knew I didn't do it. We had evidence I didn't do it. Screenshots, messages, letters, hospital records, CCTV footage, everything. We had all that, and they never used a single thing of it.
Then people have the gall to ask why I spend all my time in my room, withdrawn from society, unable to get a job, have massively deteriorating mental health, and spend all my time on the computer.
Because if I don't interact with people, I can't be accused of another crime I didn't commit.
I feel so sorry for this man, because the stuff he was accused of was... so benign. Like, it was nothing. Shouting? Locking a door? Not giving her a key? But the public takes this shit, and ramps it up to 11, assuming that because you "did" that, then you probably did much worse.

Unfortunately the fear of large sentences is frequently used to push people into taking plea bargains that may not be very good, but seem much better than the alternative. However, if your counsel had truly exculpatory evidence that was ignored you may want to speak to an attorney about it. It is impossible to determine whether your counsel was effective without knowing the relevant details, so there may be an excellent reason why the evidence was left out. There are quite a few Law Students, Paralegals, and Lawyers that commentate on TH-cam (such as Nick Rekieta of Vic Mignogna fame) that may be willing to listen to your story and possibly give an opinion on if it might be worth pursuing.

and knowing zoe track record i personally don’t believe her, i have seen her lie about a hell of lot of things, so it wouldn’t shock me to find out she was lying here.

Its tough to see a guy get his life destroyed without even getting his day in court. No justice, just mob mentality and social evisceration, and zero repentance for what they have caused. Humans are fragile, we break easily. Life is already hard enough without bullies and social media court of popular opinion. The die was cast and a life has ended, with no reset button, and the person who caused the avalanche walks free with no remorse. No justice, just us. Only those that share it will really understand it. Watched some other people saying that it's not cool to blame someone for a suicide. I have an analogy for that. Compare it to a glass of water. As life goes on random people will pour water into the glass, the issue here is that the girl knew she shouldn't pour more water or it would spill. She did it anyways. She didn't fill in the whole glass but because of her the water spilled.

Sorry for the long story. Will try n make it short. Also using a tap to talk app. For some reason It can’t pick up my words to well. I guess my accent is too strong n it changes some words around
Many years ago. Me n a group of friends ( 15 guys n handful of girls ) decided to have a night on the town. We have a great time n one buddy ( will call him Ryu ) Ryu Met a girl. We go back the his house that is 3 family house. Each floor is lived in by one of the 15 guys. So it was a big party. The girl Ryu hooks up with gets sick n pukes. She lays down in a spare bedroom with her friend in the same bed. Next morning everything is fine. She’s embarrassed n hang over. She calls out of work. Later that day I get a call from the cops asking me to stop by the station regarding the party. I call the people at the party and ask what’s going on. The girl ( I will call red ) told police see was raped by my buddy Ryu. So 15 of us were asked for there DNA. Cops interrogated everyone at the party. Cops search the house n car’s. interview people at our work. Cops with a search warrant got all the bed sheets n our clothes from that night. Phone records n emails. Even post made on social media. After months of investigation. Turns out she just made it up. Reason was she had a boyfriend and didn’t want him to break up with her because she was with a bunch of dudes. Also because she lied to her boss who was a family friend about being sick. Here’s some of the things that happened to us because of lies.
    1. My buddy Ryu lost supervision with his kids because this was used by his ex-wife.
    2. Another buddy who was going to the police academy was made to drop out for a year n then this case was used against him for hiring. He is now a cop in another town
    3. We had our names in the paper.
    4. years later. Some people still say. Oh look that’s the rape crew.
    5. Another killed himself.
    6. Another was kicked out by his family disowned. They made peace with it now but it was a very hard time for him
    7. Family members and friends of the girl. we’re out looking for some of us which caused multiple issues. Fights destroying of property n setting cars on fire. Even Shot at
    8. Lost jobs
    9. Hundreds of dollars on lawyers.
    10. Harassment from police officers getting stopped or ticketed for every little thing from being parked too far from the curb to not having your seatbelt on as you pull out of a parking spot.
    11. We had to have our bodies photographed while naked.
    12. Police interviewed ex girlfriends and other sexual partners.
Not once did we get. I am sorry from anyone. Nothing happened to the girl Red. She fucked up many people’s life’s over her lies n bullshit.

I never imagined that I would see a time when the internet's greatest danger was not a virus, or cyber terrorism, but regular people talking to each other. Social media has indeed brought mankind (er, excuse me, "humynkind") closer together, but only in the sense that everyone's hands are around each other's throats. It's only getting worse. Maybe the world will look back on the invention of social media (as we know it) and say, "Shit, that was a mistake." I hope so, but that certainly won't happen as long as people revel in destroying each other.
