I think she shifts "up" possibly from what I would consider second into third, then down into 4th and back up into 5th as she moves her arm a little to the side. Most modern cars these days will do 40mph in second with some loaded revs, sports cars can do a lot more. I had a 2.0 5 CYL 20 year old car that would do 60 in second easy, that's a spanking new Porsche.

Has any man ever gotten "just a warning?" In my experience, and I'm a lawyer, I have NEVER heard of a story from a man where an actual offense has been met with "just a warning."
The closest I know of is the time I got pulled over for a dead tail-light. Cop asked if I knew the light was out. I said "No, sir. I don't spend much time looking at the back of my vehicle while it's in operation." Got a "get it fixed, or I'm going to pull you over again."

Okay so I wanted to say something real quick about her driving, since that Porsche is a manual it's probably a 5-speed. She was shifting almost full throttle until about Fourth Gear. I have a 2001 Mustang Cobra SVT , it has less horsepower and more weight than that Porsche. If I full throttle it at the end of second gear it is going 60 miles an hour. Therefor she was defenitly going well over 80.
Doubtful, she didn't redline it, shifted too early without matching RPMs, got wheelspin going into third. Can't shift for shit, I doubt she went over 70 even.
Either way, still got pulled over.
