- When the Ginger is in Season try making these beautiful Candies to preserve them. You can keep them for longer and really nice with a cup of tea on a chilly night. If you don't like the stronger ginger flavour boil and discard water or leave to add in tea or to make ginger beer.
Ingredients
450 g Fresh Ginger
1/2 cup glucose syrup
3 cups sugar
1 cup water
