Hi Arielle, I've just discovered your channel and love it. I've been in medical sales for a long time and now transitioning in commercial real estate, working with a developer as licensed broker. I'm seeing how important data is in generating leads and wondering if you had any advice for data points to look for in CRE; specifically identifying potential off market sellers, motivated business owners, etc.
    Thanks!

Thanks for watching Matt! That's exciting to hear you are transitioning to CRE and looking to use data for acquiring leads. Most of my experience is in the residential space not CRE. You can try checking out Browse AI for CRE scrapping here - www.browse.ai/t/extract-list-properties-loopnet
Also, you can hire individual scrapers to automate acquiring leads if you have any existing manual efforts that are repetitive. Hope this helps!

probably only tech ppl can follow... I wonder how normal investors react to your videos... hope these videos attract them to buy your app(potentially?)

Thanks for watching! Luckily a lot of folks that are non technical have been able to follow. A lot of business analysts / accountants commonly use softwares to help them complete tasks without coding. So they are used to leveraging tools. I can see though someone without office experience could have a higher learning curve. In that case, yes an all-in-one tool with low learning curve would be more useful than creating their own workflow
