1. Pay attention. i have stopped pointing out bad plays and misplays to people that i have played agents a lot. (weather or not it helps me or hurts me.) still a few i still point out their mis-plays and their bad plays. (team members only) 2. play smarter. if you know your playing agents a control deck/clan you dont want to have a full field most of the time (mostly talking kagero, narukami, shadow paladins and Link jokerz and others that retire/lock) 3. say your moves out loud... its that simple. if you state out loud what you are doing it can help you from making a vary bad mistake (given that your not in a game setting that you cant take a move back) 4. keep track of the game state and phases... this one kinda ties into #1. where your opponent or yourself try and use a "ACT" in the battle phase. or is some cases (with some of my friends that is still learning) trying to stride in the main phase of the game. Hope these 4 can help others as well. as i am not an Expert of the game. just know enough to get by and get lucky with trying to help others as i even forget some of the rules and rulings. (mostly new ones)
I like these hints I have a friend who needs these because he really struggles to win, he wants to become competitive and likes narukami any tips for him playing naru or from any naru mains? Also I play Gear chronicle, Angel Feather and MLB. any hints or ideas for improving using these specific decks?
My number one tip is to play cards with Resist. Yes, a few cards can bypass Resist. The ability is great against many decks in the meta. You want to protect as many resources as possible.
Phantom blaster diablo can counter gyze cause gyze and the zeroth dragons cannot be destroy so the opponent cannot use cards from their hand to guard against diablo attack
No offense or anything but with what you almost did with the victor video I expected the first thing that you say would be play meta deck or something , great tips I will put it to practice thx XD
5 more tips to improve yourself in vanguard: 1. Grow a nice beard. 2. Subscribe to solemn vanguard on youtube. 3. CLICK THE BELL BUTTON. 4 Buy a 0DMG playmat 5. Pray to lord duckbill before every match to boost your luck.
Magic Numbers are still useful in V. If you attack against an ‘Alfred Early’ with 32000 power, your opponent has to use 20000 shield to one to pass. However if you use 33000 power, your opponent has to guard with 25000 to one to pass, which is a sentinel crit, or a two card guard. That is much more valuable. Magic numbers are just multiples of 5k above the attacked units power, meaning that force vanguards have different numbers to accel and protect vanguards, meaning you would want to change what numbers your deck hits depending on the meta.
i dont even play vanguard, but i love the anime and am considering getting into the game. Coming from yugioh which is such a shitshow now that it loops around to being awesome, i need me a good cardgame. Also, I dont really like magic... vanguard it is
I enjoy this content immensely. Knowing your opponent's hand is super easy but I do still forget at times. Building for the meta is important beyond belief at big events. And playing Victor for years, boy do I know about screwing up magic numbers. The only point which I find contention with is probability calculation. That is completely pointless. Especially counting triggers. Knowing my opponent has only 3 criticals left in a 20 card deck(against Chaos) I guard for 2 to pass. Get rekt by 3 criticals. It happens and therefore I believe counting cards is completely and utterly pointless. It's much better to just adapt to what you know is in their hand and what they put on the board, rather than trying to predict what will come out the top of their deck. Probability is nonsense.
You're only focusing on that one time out of 10 that such ridiculousness happens. It CAN happen, but you're better off making correct decisions based on probability. If you're absolutely sure you can no-pass regardless, of course do so! But if not, calculating probability is your very best bet.
Solemn Vanguard "Card games aren't about winning every game, they're about winning the most games consistently." That was some really cool advice I heard a while back. I liked it. I disagree heavily but it's what most seem to follow. I see your idea, and it's basically what I've heard from most people I've talked to. The amount of times this happens is pretty disparate though. For example, playing 10 Crit Victor I see criticals way more often than playing 12 critical. This was after playing 50 games with both versions of the deck. Took me 3 days of testing. It just makes me believe that the whole idea behind counting cards is pointless because your predictions can and will be false when you need them most, like in a tournament. Sick Guitar Skills too dude. I need to practice more until I find myself worthy of needing The Odin.
MadDragonify M Vanguard may be a luck based game but in you example its like saying your in a bet and he needs 3 heads plus 10 over 12 and you see more with ten playtest more numbers wont lie
Whammy bars are terrible for recording guitars. (rhythm guitars specifically) Way too easy to detune strings with the slightest pressure on the bridge from your picking hand. Also zero tuning stability, whether you're using a floyd copy or the real deal.
