Remember playing this on my green screen amstrad...tape loading..kids today have no idea what that was like. Kkkkkkkkiiiiiissssssssshhhhhhhhhhhhhccccccccaaaaarrrrrfffffffffffffffffkkkkkkkkkkkksssssshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeefffffffffsshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkffffffffffffffffffiiiiiiiiiiiiisssssssssssssshhhhhhhhhhhhh Brings back memories
Awsome, i used to love playing this hit when i was a kid -used to find it well difficult lol! -classic soundtrack -loop- too. anyone remember a ame called 'Harrier Attack'?
Oh mammy, nostalgia has just gone into overdrive! Ive not even thought about this game for at least 20 years, and I can recall every sound effect perfectly.
Apart from the fact it took like half an hour to load an amstrad game, by which time me and my sisters had already beaten each other up for 1st dibs on the computer - this was our favourite game.x
1:20 - It would be about now I turned the music off as it was starting to do my head in... My fave trick would be to only exit a level AFTER unearthing the extra mummy. that way, by the time I'd got to the last level, there would be 7 or 8 mummies all running about. It was just for fun and to up the difficulty a bit.
for anyone interested, this game scared the hell out of me as a kid and now i have a daughter ive decided to remake it for the next generation in Roblox. at time of writing its only the one level and has 0 views . ill be working on the full game daily www.roblox.com/games/3043536947/Oh-Mummy-DADandROSIE
you can still play it - get an emulator like winape and download the disk images. go on cpczone dot net its all there, if you get stuck ask on the forums there.
One of the 12 game pack bundled with the CPC. It's far too easy! No challenge whatsoever. Could have been a half decent game if the mummies chased you.
This was the first ever game i ever remember playing, and this music still hasn't left me till this day haha! A true classic

I loved this game so much back in the days! Superb in its simplicity.
Ha ha that music I was always humming to myself! Class!
Love this, harrier attack and Roland in the caves/Roland on the ropes!
Showing my age
Viva el Amstrad CPC 464 el mejor micro ordenador de la historia !!!, cuantas horas de diversión me dio.

I used to love this when i was a kid :-)
ah man, this makes me wanna play it again. classic simple yet hard game.
This music...i can't forget it :) good memories with this game.
Harrier Attack was awesome, pretty hard once it got into the later levels, but really fun for the time.
Jeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeezzzzzzzzzz this takes me back!
First survival horror game. First game i played in my life.
This was such an awesome game. :) I don't think I've played since I was six or seven though.
I did not own an amstrad at the time but played this game with my friend on his cpc 664 for hours. spent some hours on this one with an emulator.
no se por que lo rwecordaba en un "cutre 3-D" simulado que cosas y que tiempos.. maldita musica.. esa si que no la olvidare en mi vida...

Loved this when i was a wee nipper
I used to have that too! One of my favourite Spectrum games. Did you ever play Total Eclipse?
Unbelievable! Miss it

I used to play that game all the time!!!!
the very best? the music!!
ahhhh i loved this game!!! same as roland on the ropes (i think thats what it was called anyway!) and fruit machines!!!!
MEMORIES!!
i don't think anybody young today understands how we could play this for houuurs. ^^
My mum and dad used to play this more than i did!
Technology and games may be moving forward at an ever alarming pace, however long live classics like these that we used to enjoy back in the 80's!
I never knew the scroll-shaped object gave you a free hit against the mummies. Guess I should've read the instruction inlay all those years ago!
So much better than the Spectrum version.
best music of this game, i love it.
OH the sheer JOY!!!!
we used to wait 3 bloody hours for our amstrad to load so we could play this.WELL worth it tho!ah,misty water coloured memories!
Dios, esto es un clásico !!!
awesome classick!
ains, que recuerdos!!!
this music is burned into my brain!!
the 1 dislike is probably from a spectrum owner, used to own a cpc 464 back in the 80's awesome computer
i forgot how good this game was!!!
i loved it too, it came free with my machine.
Those were the days!!!
My version of this was called 'mummy mummy' and didn't have the same music as this, yet it was exatly the same game.
its all about the music!!
THE BEST GAME ! I BURNED FIVE JOYSTICKS FOR THIS !
I still have my Amstrad CPC 464+
omg i remember this game, it was so fun xD, if i remember you can go into one of the slots where the mummy comes out, and they could not get you? lol

Isn't there another version of this music?
