Proper maintenance ഉള്ള machine ഉം നനഞ്ഞ surface ഉം അല്ലാഎന്നുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ shock ഏൽക്കില്ല അത് ഏത് ടെർമിനലിൽ തൊട്ടാലും. 1: body wet ആണെങ്കിൽ ഏത് സാഹചര്യത്തിലാണെങ്കിലും shock എൽക്കും .മാത്രവുമല്ല നമ്മുടെ കവിൾ ,ചുണ്ട്, വായ എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിലൊക്കെ direct contact വന്നാൽ shock കൂടുതൽ ഏൽക്കാറുണ്ട്.പിന്നെ ഒരു rode ൽ A pointൽ earthing ഉം Bഎന്ന point ൽ വെൽഡും ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ നമ്മൾ അതിന്റെ Center ൽ തൊട്ടാൽ സാധാരണയായി shock എൽക്കില്ല കാരണം electricity ഒരു മടിയനാണ് കുറഞ്ഞ പ്രധിബന്ധം (low resistance)ഉള്ള സ്ഥലത്തുകൂടിയേ അത് പോകുവാൻ ശ്രമിക്കു.പക്ഷെ if you’re body wet there is a chance to get electric shock. വെൽഡിങ്ങ് മേഘലയിൽ കുറേയധികം പേർ മരണപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട് അതിനുകാരണം കേടായ machine കൾ .ആവശ്യത്തിന് safety (personnel protective equipments)ഉപയോഗിക്കാതിരിക്കുക എന്നത്കൊണ്ടാക്കെയാണ്. Stick welding or arc ലാണ് കൂടുതലും ഷോക്കേൽക്കുന്നത് കാരണം stick welding എപ്പോഴും live circuit ആണ് .അതുകൊണ്ട് stick welding ൽ ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ സൂക്ഷിക്കണം touch ഉം earth ഉം body യിൽ condact വന്നാൽ അടികിട്ടാൻ സാധ്യതയുണ്ട് . ഞാൻ video യിൽ കാണിച്ചത് MIG welding ആണ് അത് live machine അല്ല. But all welding machines are low voltage high current ആണ്
4: machine കളുടെ transformer input ഉം output ഉം തമ്മിൽ എന്തെങ്കിലും leakage ഉണ്ടായാൽ പിന്നെ നോക്കണ്ട മരണം ഉറപ്പ് . അതായത് primary and secondary തമ്മിൽ direct contact വന്നാൽ

Wet welding അല്ലെങ്കിൽ under water welding metal arc welding പോലെ തന്നെ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നവയാണ് (low voltage high current)വെള്ളത്തിനടിയിലായത്കൊണ്ട് വളരെ അപകടം പിടിച്ച ഒരുജോലികൂടിയാണ് ഈ under water welding .water നല്ലൊരു conductor ആയതിനാൽ എതെങ്കിലും രീതിയിലുള്ള electric leakage സംഭവിച്ചാൽ അപടങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയേക്കാം . Weld ചെയ്യുമ്പോഴുണ്ടാകുന്ന air bubbles (carbon monoxide )ഒരു shield ആയി പ്രവർത്തിക്കുകയും വെള്ളവും electricity യുമായി direct contact വരാതെ കാക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു ഇതാണ് main reason. ഇത്കൂടാതെ Highly insulated torch ആണ് ഇതിനുപയോഗിക്കുന്നത് മാത്രവുമല്ല protection coverall ,gloves underwater helmet (PPE)എന്നിവയെല്ലാം ഉപയോഗിച്ചാണിത് ചെയ്യുന്നത് . ഈ ജോലിക്ക് വളരെനാളത്തെ experience ആവശ്യമാണ്. താങ്കളുടെ വിലപ്പെട്ട comment ന് നന്ദി 🙏Channel ഇഷ്sപ്പെട്ടാൽ subscribe ചെയ്യാൻ മറക്കല്ലേ
