Curious about gorilla strength? Find out how much the average gorilla can lift in this bodybuilding video! Discover the power of these incredible animals.
Their hemoglobin levels are far higher than humans, which makes them way stronger . With higher levels of hemoglobin led to higher levels of red blood cells, which only cause high levels of oxygen, which is one of the main building blocks of muscle and strength. The higher your hemoglobin, the more super that you will become because the body is now able to carry more oxygen . ATP 🙃
I watched two silver backs having a fight on a documentary years back . One of the huge males grabbed the leg of the other and threw him like he was a doll. Now guessing they were 400 pounds each . And it was an one arm throw . Thats pure power
Gorilla is not built to deadlift. Thats a human lift. We are built to stand upright so loading that movement pattern is suitable. A gorilla can hardly stand upright normally. Adding thousands of pounds to that movement pattern for a gorilla isnt happening
It's said people with shorter legs and longer arms are more suited for the deadlift, so while you're right it would be awkward for them, the actual range of motion to 'lock out' would be really short compared to a human. In theory I think if we could actually convince a gorilla to want to deadlift and somehow teach it optimal form it could still probably throw up some big numbers. The other thing to consider here is that these alpha male gorilla's are way stronger than humans without any real training or weight lifting, simply moving them selves around. I'm sure if there was a way to put a human brain in a gorilla safely we'd probably get some freak-beast bodybuilder's wanting the opportunity to test the limits of training with gorilla potential lol.
I uploaded a vid some time back on how strong a Gorilla actually is, and its not nearly as high as most claim. They are about 2.4 - 3x the strength of a man.
Gorrillas are extremely strong and explosive. By way of comparison Bears are also extremely strong, and the bear is the only animal that experiences no muscle loss while they hibernate, they stay anabolic even while they sleep.
This guy that delivered bears to movies had a few and he also said that the bear is the only animal that can be fed whatever junk food tou gice it and not be unhealthy they don't gain weight from it.. He took it out for 20+ burgers and loads of ice cream at least once a week.. They don't get sick or anything.
@@RelentlessAnimals you are definitely wrong my man. While "average strong" is kinda contradicting because average is not strong but I know what you mean.

@RelentlessAnimals I appreciate dat my brotha 😉

WHAT?! Hahah 😭 that's crazy

also pretty sure a gorilla would lift in kilos
It's all hypothetical 😆

Gorrillas muscles are very strong, also you have to factor in their extreme tendon strength, as well as their connective tissues tough structure.
That's a Great point!
That video of a gorilla effortlessly dragging a grown man by one arm shows how crazy strong they are
I feel like the gorilla would be exceptionally good at T-bar rows.
I could definitely see that
Yes gorillas are really strong naturally

Cool! Put the video link here; I'd like to take a look. I actually seen some crazy estimates like 20 times the strength of human lol!
That's a chimp. Thwy say a chimp has 3 times the strength of a man..
Yeah buddy, light weight, I look the same way as the silverback gorilla looks every morning before I shave...
These are just assumptions!!!

That's crazy. Nice insight! I want to do more research on how they stay anabolic like that's a superpower

Overhead press
I exceeded all these lifts and resemble a gorilla, so you're probably right.
Dang nice! 😀 I'm trying to get over 300 myself 💪🦍

Forgot military press estimate
Your right I did! 😔 💪
300 lbs bench press average man ? Are you crazy ?!
Average STRONG man I said 😁. I could definitely be wrong 😭
@@RelentlessAnimals you are definitely wrong my man. While "average strong" is kinda contradicting because average is not strong but I know what you mean.
@@svenmandelkorn3238No. He is RIGHT.
Why hasn't anyone tested a gorilla with actual weights? Possibly because they won't cooperate?
I know right?! We have already taught them sign language. Bench press should be easy 😂
This is on a strict Vegan diet people.
😂 true
I'm assuming this video is total bs.
Imagine if some gorilla be trained in in ARMWRESTLING WORLD CONTESTS ! LEVAN SAGINASK would HAVE ZERO CHANCES AGAINST AT A GORILLA SILVER BACK 😂
That guy is a beast!
Levan, looks like a silverback, lol
4 times max i have never seen a gorilla lift more than 2 times eddie halls 500kg
I would love to see a world in which an average human lifts those weights you claim are average.
Guys...I said average STRONG human.
@@RelentlessAnimals ah, so the average of the above average humans🤭
Exactly 😅 lol. I'm below average personally.. 😭
@@alexanderbuess290he said the Average STRONG male - so strong gym goer do all the weights he said are reasonable just maybe not for you
@@kaospr8442 sure, the average of the elite above average group. Pretty much the most illogical "average" I ever heard about.
Lol...are people trying to be like gorillas..
NOT A KNOCK AT VIDEO OR IT’S CONTENT, BUT WOULD JUST BE CURIOUS WHAT THE ESTIMATED MILITARY PRESS WOULD BE FOR SUCH A POWERFUL ANIMAL 🦍💪
Thank you for viewing! We're going to have to do a follow-up video!
@@RelentlessAnimalsWOULD VE AWESOME & WILL BE LOOKING FORWARD MUCH THANX👌👍
Come on man, average man isn't lifting those "average" weights. Most men working out regularly can't lift those numbers.
He didnt say average he actually said a "strong" man
Hold up, is this the WWF remix version of the Legion Of Doom's theme song?! Greatness!!
What a rush! Hahaha sounds like it alot
