      No, the hoa does not go up every year. It may go up every few years but I usually see them stay pretty consistent

    House #1 looks more elegant. House #2 it’s ok but doesn’t look elegant as far as the fixtures, flooring,etc they used. House #3 beautiful. I prefer gas fireplace not electric. As far as the movie room I prefer enclosed due to noise like in house 3 if people are playing pool and some are watching a movie,that would be a lot of noise for the movie, that’s just my observation.
    I know you concentrate a lot on homes for families especially with little kids, but what about those of us retirees with grown children who come to visit or stay from time to time, any homes or communities (not 55+) for older folks? Thank you great videos!

      Yeah, pool tables should ideally be inside a room or seperate from other areas of the home.

    Candela sucks. Know how I know? I live here. Massive construction that they tacked on to the original master community plan so the amenities center wont be able to accommodate the growth. No dog park, no walking trails, the $750 HOA is too expensive. The mailman steals all the mail from the lock boxes. It's FILLED with more renters than homeowners. There are no insane discounts here. Go check out fulshear or cross creek ranch. Way better, and just down the road.

    This is total bs.. clickbait.. You provided zero comparable sales to justify your fake price cuts.. Houses in Candela are still listed sky high 200 plus sqft.. ft...Realtors are cost inflating wastes of time.. Do your own deal w a builder and get the price reduced minimally the joke buyers agent commission.. Ive done it countless times myself and saved boat loads of dough that would have gone to the leech realtors pockets instead of mine.. The contracts are 3rd grade easy to understand and only a sucker uses realtors

      lol, the value we provide to thousands of people relocating to the area is priceless.
      If people didn’t experience the value then I wouldn’t be in business. The insights we have to help clients narrow down both the area, neighborhood and builders is very valuable to most people.
      Navigating the process from start to finish for out of state buyers can be a 1+ year process. Having a team that does this every day to answer all your questions is vital.
      Call Westin in Candela and then call in Harvest Green. Easily $50k+ price difference.
      Something you wouldn’t know without this video. Unfortunately people think the value of realtors is just finding the home.
      It’s a whole lot more than that. It’s the peace knowing that every stone has been turned over. That what the builders tell you is truthful. That there isn’t another option you’re missing. How to navigate the lending side of things. Inspections. The list goes on.
      We had over 1200 people reach out last year for our help.
      Keep “saving yourself boatloads of dough”. But I guarantee I know things you’re missing out on.
      That’s like going to your doctor and saying you don’t need him to tell you that you have an ear infection. Maybe not, but if he is able to tell you that you have skin cancer when looking at you, you may want to know.

      Realtors are an inflationary upward driving transaction waste. Refer to multi billion dollar lawsuit weighing on your shoulders

Streaming demon, you have opened my eyes to how my business operates. Your ability to know how many people reach out to us through our channel astounds me. Our brokerage of 30+ agents sells no homes and we are very poor and needy. I’m hanging on by a thread and I was just hoping this video would save me. But I guess it won’t because you say so.
