Wow all I can say is you're on point -'energy management' sounds exactly right. The other important point is that you can't be whipping yourself through the whole process or cut out the other parts of your life entirely, its more about gradually placing a greater emphasis on what you know you need to get done and finding inspiration for that in all your other activities. Thank you for your honest straightforward approach.
