Glad it missed that one home, and surprised how many drivers continue toward the tornado as it crosses in front of them.
pretty sure most were chasers.
Those would be chasers...
@@penoyer79 well that makes the most sense, sort of
@@PatchWorm_bore_cleaners I thought the same as you.. People are crazy. It's only a matter of time before we read about more dead storm chasers
I don't like the chasers that have to get as close as possible anymore. The footage tends to blend together with other vids and not worth the risk. This video is perfect distance to see more and still wouldn't mind even farther back to see storm structure.
Agree, I wanna see the FULL tornado

I thought this video was perfect! thank you for the excellent footage. I cannot believe how many cars were driving right up to the tornado. Crazy!
Outstanding work, Mr. Robinson. Though the tornado doesn’t sound like it’s “roaring”. I don’t hear it in this video but others I’ve seen of the tornado near I-80 have it making an eerie-sounding hum or ring, like it’s a UFO or something. But I digress. This is excellent, Mr. Robinson. Your keeping your distance and maintaining your safety enabled you to keep the tornado in a good visual perspective. And I know your viewers very much appreciate that. Well done and be safe.
I still watch your Escape from El Reno everyday, I still think your lucky to be here

That video needs to win an award, and pay a bonus, more than just the standard TH-cam pay. Those other chasers some famous in their own right didn’t make it, and some say their vehicle is the one you see from the rear window cam that appears s to bounce, then disappear. Come on ! If that is true. Dan needs an award.
Thank the Lord that home was spared! I pray no other homes were hit and that no one was injured. I was holding my breath through most of the video. I can't understand how people continued driving towards it. There's no way they didn't see it!
I appreciate the nice steady video shot with an actual camera and not a phone!
And not yelling over the footage the whole time!
Wow, it looks like the vehicles went up to the tornado and waited for it to cross, similar to waiting for a train to cross at railroad tracks. Awesome footage!
Really outstanding professional video really shows the science and impressive structure of a tornado without any hype or fanfare.
Holy cow!
It is so nice to see a video like this without the chasers screaming and yelling like idiots.
Wow 😮Great job
Nice vid! This outbreak is really taking off now.
I’ve seen other videos of people moving their cars and semis on the side of the road waiting and watching the tornado pass in front of them-yet some chasers get close to it! 😮😮😮😮
Wow!
Pressure relief in an unstable atmosphere.
It was interesting seeing the front and back of the tornado criss-cross due to the relative transparency of the debris cloud, sort of like a cloud dance.
People still driving like I got to get to work
They were leaving work in this case. Got to get home!
There's a video from the inside the locomotives of this tornado.
Супер сила!!!😊
Reminds me of Katie
my guy, exactly katie wynnwood may 9 2016
those are all storm chasers?
Your description says 2023, not 2024.
This is a historic day....
...and tomorrow yet to come.
People are stupid, the tornado is going to cross the highway, and they still keep driving.
Would be nice if you could stay zoomed in or not zoomed in at all. Some of us want to see stuff get sucked into the tornado.
I live in the burbs near the east coast and heard a tornado go through my neighborhood a few years ago (destroyed my wooden fence). I was terrified once I realized what it was. The people in this video drove toward the tornado like it was just another day in Nebraska. Great footage! I hope damage and injuries are minimal.
Those are other chasers moving in on the tornado, not just "some people".
