Unfortunately, this method doesn't work in Chinese single language Windows 10 Home Edition. After deleting the Chinese language pack, OP throws a blue screen error with MUI_NO_VALID_SYSTEM_LANGUAGE.
Do i have to delete the language my version comes with? I really need to know this
