I miss this kind of vlog of yours. About halo halo, it has 2 meaning, the verb one which mean to mix, and the other one which is a noun which mean mix of different ingredients as for food. 😊

Original sisig doesn't have mayo. I don't know where that started but it's not how it's prepared. I don't like mayo on it either. It's not a common thing here in Cebu.

Filipino dishes should be eaten with rice. 😉 Take bite of a dish and follow suit with a spoon of rice, then you chew them together. You'll see the difference if you eat Filipino dishes this way. 😉
