My Filipino relatives often overcook meat. So I believe it when the owner says he can compete with the best Filipino restaurants in the Philippines.
In America I found good Ribeye steaks at half price so I took it home and made Bistek. Compare that to a normal Filipino restaurant that uses cheap cuts of Beef.
For some reason, people here are afraid of meat that isn't well done, except when eating kinilaw.

The food looks amazing, but can i just comment on how beautiful the aesthetic of this space is. Cant appreciate it now as the resto is quite packed, but i watched another korean vlogger eat here and had the whole palce to himself ... and i got to see the beautiful details. Def taking notes for future decorating project. 👍

Sana i can like the food din😅 but seoul is so far to taste that. Papa cho, my 2nd time in seoul , our group got food poisoning also from the vegetable wrap for the samyup . The group ended up in the hospital for a day. It ruined our short trip😢. Good that the tour agency took care of us and our expenses.

“mang tomas” sauce is pork liver sauce. since the restaurant makes their own sauces in-house, they must have made their own pork liver sauce and it isn’t “mang tomas” which is a brand of sauce…
