Great program! The ‘4’ piriformis/glute stretch: I appreciated the instruction to push out with the one leg and knee. No one ever gave me that instruction before and that really intensified the stretch. I am a middle aged former gymnast and still have a lot of flexibility and struggle to get a lot of benefit from many stretches so I added some modifications like using the stairs for the hip flexor stretch and kneeled on the ground and put my foot on the seat of the couch for the quad stretch. This is a really great video and helped stretch with some of those cyclist problem areas. The scorpion stretch is fantastic too.

I am elderly. I recently got a new bike for exercise. I love riding it. However, one thing I didn't expect. It is really difficult to lift my leg over the bike to mount the bike. Are there any excersizes or stretches to work on that side angle ot raising my leg to lift it over the bike?

This routine is great. I’ve become a better participant in traffic. If I didn’t have the mobility, I would have been knocked over by a bus or some grotesque truck. So big ups from here.
This was good. However, there is an assumption that beginners are as flexible as the instructors or can hold their balance without the use of a balancer like a chair or wall.
You guys do great work! After doing this and some of your other routines, my body feels much better, especially on the bike. THANK YOU!!!
