Matt, bare in mind depending on what battery you have running it below 12v will cause it serious damage. Running your fridge from the inverter makes no difference and in fact is less efficient as the inverter uses power. A lead acid/agm battery shouldn't be taken below about 50%. I had the same thing with my fridge and buggerd my leisure battery in 6 months. I've now gone lithium, solar and dc to dc charger.
It's only a 65amp lesuire battery. It stops at 11v. I know that's low but I will have solar will will connect to that also which should keep it around the 12v mark.
