    Hey Joe, great video. BUT....when I try to set up a click-to-call in "Traffic", when I get to the Ads level there is NO "Destination" field. None, zip, nada. (If I could include a screenshot I could show you.) Right after Description it's followed immediately by Website URL.
    I'm pretty sure I did the correct steps in the Campaign & AdSet levels, but is there possibly some detail I've overlooked? Like maybe is that CBO Lifetime Budget necessary for Destination field to populate once I'm at the Ad level? Or some other detail maybe? I'm stumped.

    That was really insane. But I still have some questions man.
    1) What's the main difference (In terms of cost) between that kind of campaign? Is Lead gen more expensive than traffic campaigns if i want to get calls?
    2) After IOS 14 Wouldn't it be better to use internal facebook Objectives? Like, you should have more control on retargeting options for example
    3) Are these kinds of campaigns available only for devices? I was wondering if is it now possible to target desktop users too

    Traffic and Leads ads I have tried both, traffic does best compare to lead ads, in some cases while designing a campaign traffic ads are very cost-effective & where is the lead ads my client end up with no calls .. do you suggest any way to track the calls .. because we can't count the link clicks.. it will totally vary from actual calls and is there a exact way to get higher results on Call campaign

      the ad also while choosing lifetime campaign we cant to continue the success full campaign right.??? because it will enter the learning phase every time we initiate

      The best type of business would be users who can track call leads whether a third party tool or a business with a dedicated sales staff who can manage those leads. If you don't have a good internal system to handle and track calls, then it may not be the best use of your budget.

    Thank you for the information I just set up a Facebook lead call ad, didn't get any calls, but Facebook already charged me ten dollars--ad has just been running for 2 hours. Is this normal? Why was I charged and had no phone calls? Thanks.

      Impression. You were charged for impressions. Facebook always charge advertisers (regardless of if your target audience performs the required action or not)

    Ive watch a few videos on call me FB ads they mention REACH as a goal - I no longer see that - Is that no longer an option in FB?

    This method isn't available for Instagram feed Placement ( The only Available placements are Facebook News feed & Facebook Marketplace )

    Hi, The call result is able to track the duration, phone number. They charge for link click or call?

      They charge for the link click that opens up the call prompter on the user's phone. So it's never a guarantee the user clicks the second call step on their phone. Best bet would be to use a call tracking number in your ads to get more accurate data.

    How do you track which ad the call came from? In case you’re running dynamic product ads.

      I run dynamic real estate ads, so I’m wondering if a lead were to call about a real estate listing, how would I be able to link the incoming call to whichever listing they clicked on

      In your case, I’d get a call tracking service and use that as the phone number. Call ads only can track clicks to the call prompts and not the actual calls. It’s best to use a call tracking number to be. Able to track actual calls

      Facebook will track taps on the phone prompt of the ad. If you want to track actual calls, the best bet would be to use a third-party tracking tool and use the custom phone number in your ads.

      Not directly from a Call Ad campaign. Call ads really only pull up the call prompt. It doesn’t guarantee someone taps to actually call.

      @@PaidMediaPros Great info Joe. People here might have bad experience with this campaign type due to not having a compelling ad copy or the actual offer which can create enough urgency for the user to actually make a call.

      @Mohit Kaushik, Sorry to hear that this method didn't help. Try messages campaign. That would have better results for you in comparison to this one.
