If talking about hospitality i would suggest you guys to visit one more hotel where is well manner and helpful staff you should go and try there #Hotel Country Inn which is in Purana bazar Dimapur. Though they are not 5 start hotel but there service is so amazing they make me feel so comfortable like my own house. And the manager both are very polite and helpful once i asked them for room decorations for my special occasions and they said they will try their best to help me without any hesitation more over their hard work was so excellent they did it more then my expectations. I'm very helpful to their team. In others hotel there might have good facilities but afterall everyone expect for good service to stay in hotel if we are paying for then. In some hotel before i went there i visit and ask for help but the staff denied me straight away not even said that they will try.
