Rainfall in Dimapur has led to floods in several colonies in Dimapur and this is not a new thing as the Dimapurians have been facing the same problem every year during monsoon season. While interacting with NLTV, residents shared that their houses are already in water. However, even when the people of the colonies are facing problems none came forward to help
