nice build and great explanation of what the build can do, im running a very similar build while leveling and i was considering soulshine to pair with deadly that everyone is using so im glad someone tried it, a decent alternative that buffs all ur magicka dmg is war maiden from vvardenfel or if ur doing harder content and feel a little squishy then light of cyrodiil set gives u dmg reduction when ur channeling ur beam, cheers for the build its appreciated
Ive been considering using magica Arcanist for so i can try out the velothi ur mythic. Definitely a great start for a build and having a blank slate on the back bar is nice especially since i have a pretty good idea of 2 or 3 long cooldowns i can set on the back and forget.

If you wanna be absolutely mind Blown get medusa jewelry and weapons from arx corinimium dungeon and pair it with orders wrath, you literally get 80% crit chance and 18% bonus to crit damage Just from the 2 sets.

The funniest part is as soon as Arcanist dropped the Golden Vendor in Cyrodiil was selling gold jewels for soulshine , which of course I bought ! HAHA Coincidence ??
90K. Which might seem a little under compared to other 1 bar builds rocking 100K, however to get that 100K you need to be close because they are using dual wield and use blade cloak and light attack weaving. We can stay at range and survive a lot easier.
