Personally, this is what I would do: Drop the mag wheels and find spokes Spring seat hard tail rear struts find an aftermarket rear fender or have someone build you one powder coat all of the pot metal colored hardware Lower the front 2" replace the bars with a "Z" bar style repaint pull stock signals from the front That would be a good start.

Nothing can stay on my bike everything has to go especially the electricals. The frame and engine surprisingly are in very good condition (still have a no start issue) but anyway Honda did a great job with the chrom-ish-platisc-ome (little to not rust) so the engine I can polish out and frame I will color shift paint.. Thank you for the inspiration, good job.
I have a shadow ace I’m redoing in black satin and white it’s looking pretty good so far. I’m wrapping the pipes today and waiting emblems for the tank.
I actually just bought another 750 Spirit that i'm planning on using a a jig for a few parts. One of the things I was wanting to do was build up some kits for that fender/seat/battery cover combo.

That's well built man! About to go find a donor for my own build. I'm kinda tall and was thinking to push the saddle way back, might not look as cool but need the length.
I'm 6'2" and they way that this one was setup, was actually pretty comfortable. The only think that I feel like I could have done was move the foot controls forward about 2 or 3"
