Suzuki SX4 - RADIO REMOVAL / REPLACEMENT (2006 - 2013)

Step-by-step guide on how to replace / remove factory stereo on Suzuki SX4 ( 2006 | 2007 | 2008 | 2009 | 2010 | 2011 | 2012 | 2013 | JA | KX | JLX | AWD | LE | SPORT ).
Replacing the radio on Suzuki SX4 is quite easy. first you have to pop out plastic trim pieces surrounding the radio. Best tool to use would be plastic trim remover, that way you won't make damage to the dashboard. Be careful while removing the trim pieces as plastic tabs holding them in place like to crack. Once removed you will get access to four radio mounting screws. They are phillips. Remove the screws and pull out the radio. Disconnect power plug and radio antenna.
If replacing factory radio with another factory radio from a different Suzuki make sure to get a radio code with a replacement radio. It might ask you for the code and if you don't have it only way to get it is through a Suzuki dealership.
If replacing factory radio with aftermarket radio you will need to get proper radio wiring harness and a radio kit made for Suzuki SX4.
