Thanks Justin, bery useful, one question I have is that LinkedIm only allows one profile, I have a dull time job where I promote content, I also have my sideline of coaching busy fathers become better dads so have to mix my content which dilutes my content, how should I manage this

Richard, just do both. Justin told his managers at his previous job that he would be promoting his own brand on LinkedIn. Then he built his brand for 4 months while he worked film time. After writing consistently, he was able to create enough consulting revenue to quit his job.
