  • Justin Welsh breaks down how to build a scalable content system, how to use a hub and spoke model that drives revenue and how to rapidly ideate for maximum content production. He shares his content production schedule so he can produce LinkedIn content and Twitter content to engage his followers and drive traffic to his website. By pairing long form content and breaking that down into a number of short form content pieces, he can produce 30 pieces of content with much fewer ideas.
    Over the last decade, #JustinWelsh has helped build two $50M+ ARR companies, teams of 150+ people, and raise over $300M in venture capital. Now he's building a portfolio of one-person businesses to $5M in revenue. Outside of that, he’s an advisor to early-stage SMB SaaS companies, a mentor to entrepreneurs at 500 Startups, and an LP at GTM Fund, a rolling fund investing $4 million per year into early-stage B2B SaaS companies. Clearly explained. TY. Super tutorial. Stumbled on Dan Koe, then found Mr Welsh…I love his concise way of explaining this. Dan a little more long winded, but both expert copywriters blending marketing for 2023 - love it!

    Great stuff, Justin. Actionable, insightful, helpful, and NOT overwhelming. I really liked the quote at the beginning about the power of systems.

    • @kajabiapp
      @kajabiapp  ปีที่แล้ว

      Absolutely! When you have systems in place you can spend more time thinking of the content material rather than the format of delivering the content.

    Thanks for this. Quick Question: if you spread out your spoke content across different weeks, what will you post in the remaining days of the current week?
    For instance, you post a listicle on how to grow your Twitter account on Monday. And then spread out the other pieces of content in the coming weeks. What will you talk about during the current week on Tuesday, Wednesday, etc.?
