Soy Olivia Hey thanks for watching! Once you pay in your email you will get a confirmation that has a reservation number. Copy that reservation number and on the Machu Picchu ticketing page click “Check In.” Then take that reservation number and enter it there. You will then get a ticket that you will print. Hope that helps. When are you going to Peru?
Yep, same problem I have. I made the payment, then it took me back to the homepage. No confirmation was emailed to me (junk mail was checked). So I just have to wait a couple days until it posts so I can dispute it. I’m in search of a new site to order from.
adrian celaya Yeah seems to be consistent problems with the Peruvian government site. That site is the official Peruvian government site. Everyone else are generally tour companies. Be sure to check us out at cachilife.com/machu-picchu-tours 😊
We’ve tried booking but my credit card keep getting denied. It said contact my card issuer which I did, there shouldn’t be any issue. I used the same card to purchase other tickets in our trip it worked. The 3rd time my friend used hers we got the same response which was order denied message. Please can anyone help us find out why. I emailed the site I got reply that is not very helpful since it’s just making us do what we were already doing.

I would check with your CC company since they might be flagging it, due to international charge.
