I’ve had mine on backorder since early 2024. If you put yourself on the backorder, let’s prepare to wait forever. I’m sure the new one will come out before you get this camera.😂
great review… had an earlier version but sold it…big mistake! I think due to the wait (4 months) in the Uk I’ll stick to my Fuji XT 30 with a 35mm lens …okay not as compact but not a huge difference in size.
If you want X100VI with interchangeable lenses, take X-T50, not X-T5. If you're fine without IBIS and with only 26 megapixels, take the much cheaper X-T30 II.

is there waxy image (lost of details or manequein looks) in high iso like older fuji cameras?
the protection filter is really worsen image quality when there is a some light source.
The X100VI is absolutly not a point and shoot camera. You can create very precise image compositions like with larger system cameras or SLR cameras
If adjustments need to be made, it's often because the automation is unsatisfactory
