      @@NitecoreSG like how to choose the right beam pattern light and correct runtimes for having to venture out deep into the forest/ Great Smokey Mtns for short term up to long term. How to choose the correct battery type light and the different styles recommended for being out in such wilderness where there is absolutely no light due to the thick forests and lack of electricity. Being able to adequately see down forest trails like differences between wider patterns compared to the more narrow pattern based on environment. Incorporating the use if the correct flashlight with the correct powerbank charging like the Lr60. So during the night being able to see and operate safely then using in very low mode while around camp then recharging everything during the day; all while still being in the wilderness for those extended periods of time. Things like that would be so helpful for us Nitecore. Thank u again for all your company does for us all.

    I really wanted the p20ix but ended up getting the p10ix. So i can reuse my red filter and it would fit better in my pocket. I dont need the extra throw, the flood is what i need. Dont think or hope i dont ever need the glass breaker. Flood seems a better choice for self defense as well.

    Hello, I am one of the Nightcare collectors in Iran... I wanted to make my request as a small member of the Nightcare family about the p35i flashlight. This flashlight is great, I even covered 2 kilometers with it in spot mode, but the biggest problem of p35i is the lack of strobe mode in the end cap of the flashlight. It should have a strobe button, just like the i4000r cap, which has strobe mode and charging port in the end cap of the flashlight. ... However, when the p35i has this feature (strobe), it can only be used with the remote control of the gun, and this is a big weakness. I hope that Knightaker engineers will design a new cover for the p35i that has both a strobe button and a charging port. and as an update

      Yeap, unlikely they will make one. Intrinsic lights are costly to make and need a lot of safeguards, making it usually quite bulky.

    I like the concept, it has a lot going for it. For the price, I think there are better alternatives on the market today. For that price I would have liked to see amore smarter design. I think the fact it still turns on in daylight, means the sensitivity of the motion sensing olis off, but that can be adjusted. There are cheaper lights with motion sensors that turn on in daylight and can manually be adjusted, to turn on only in the dark. Second I see myself using this light stationary a lot. IP rating inside and outside rain will be more relevant. Maybe more expensive, but then this light is already expensive. Thirdly I don't see myself charging this light with a cable. I think for this quality of light I am thinking about replacing battery modules. Would be nice if this light had seperate battery pack that could latch on easily and provide energy through pooping or other connector type. This way we could easily swap out batteries. The selling price for me is longer runtime on highest lumes. For 50 or 250 lumens I can also buy a cheaper model less than half the price and still be effective. Fourth, itbwould be nice if the lights supported 3 different warmth levels, from clinical white, to warm white and true white (where we can see objects in theor true color, ( clinical white washes out true color to a degree). Lastly charging battery takes three hours for 2200-5000 mAh is too long. In my view for the price charging should be 1,5 hours max for 5000 maH light battery and 1 hour for the 2200 mAh model. I think having one or two of these is enough to buy a whole bunch of them. I think in this design, it is the battery design implementation that could be better to make it worthwhile the price. Similar to the more popular tool brands out there. I think if the battery could be added removed modelularly, then this design makes more sense for the price. Even better would be a proprietary batter that would combine perfectly with this light and other tools. And a secondary adapter module that could support different battery types (9V, AAA, AA, 18650, 21700, 46800, and maybe a few other types in series or parallel). Then this light would be very interesting.

    Your videos are nice. It would be great if there was a series on flashlights under $100, $200 etc, so that the general population who have a restricted budget could still find what's best for them. For instance, I take students on a 3 day camp on forest trails where there's no electricity. During the night times, I need a good torch that can have a flood and a good throw to cover a considerable distance like 500 meters, but I am limited to a budget under $100. Also, the runtime of the flashlight needs to be at least 4 hours at a minimum 1000 lumens. Still haven't found such a light.

    • @NitecoreSG
      @NitecoreSG  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You might want to look at the Nitecore MH11, very decent, won't reach 500m but checks the boxes of everything else. Then for the 500m you can go for the P30, also under $100 and it checks the long distance beam.
      Many feel like they need 1 light that does it ALL, but in reality it's more effective both performance and cost wise to bring 2 lights that does the job better than each other. eg flood vs long beam.
